The bed was hard for me, but others in our group thought they were just right.

The location was ideal for us. Just off the main strett that is busy and loud, but within easy walking distance of many restaraunts. Breakfast was buffet style with omlette, sausage, toast, pikelets, jam, spiced rice and spiced noodles. Coffe, tea always available, juice at breakfast. Fill your own water bottles at reception was good too.

This place is great, I ended up extending a few times. Location is perfect, far enough away from the noise but right there in the center. Staff was lovely. The pool area is great too. Aircon was a bit weak for how hot it was but overall a wonderful stay. Lot of bugs but the staff was good about bombing them when we asked (leave for a while of course). Highly recommend!

It was a little outdated in the rooms, however they are currently working on the gardens and pool area so maybe a revamp is coming. The wardrobe smelt weird so I just didn’t use it.

Loved the pool area and water fountain. The gardens were beautiful with wonderful statues all around. The staff were so friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. As I was leaving, previous guests arrived and there were hugs all round! You couldn’t get a better located stay! It’s Amongst everything! Also I love Luna 🫶

Location, right in the middle of town but still tucked away and quiet. The pool and pool area are great, the room very spacious with plenty of storage and a mini bar fridge, the bathroom has windows (help avoid the mould). I also liked the front porch. Staff were friendly but not in your face, which was great. I actually really loved the architecture, gardens, statues...the place finally brought me back to the old times in Indonesia, when everything was more traditional and less westernised.

the place is missing a female touch, all the staff is male, and not all speak sufficient English; service is a little bit slow in the morning; but some of the reviews I read before booking seem to me excessively severe.

The location next to the centre is very convenient; overall, the place is pleasant, notably the corner of the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet is not great, but acceptable. Our room was spacious, with great bathroom, although it lacked a proper desk and comfortable chairs. All services are around, which makes access tor scooter rental and beaches very easy

When using the pool facilities the staff used a Strimmer to cut the lawn and anothet day burnt off some palm leaves. This was a big distraction from a quiet restful area required at a hotel. However, I'm sure that had I said something they would have stopped.

The AC didn’t work well, it was hard to sleep through the humidity. Room was very simple. Running water smelt a little bad. Beach nearby is very dirty and not enjoyable for walking or swimming

The pool was a must for the hot weather, loved relaxing there with the quiet sounds of the fountains. Location is right in the centre of Kuta lombok, with lots of fun and fancy restaurants within seconds. It is also a 5min walk to the place to catch a boat to Kiwi break and 10min from main beach, with a place to rent boards across the road. Breakfast was pancakes, sausage, omelet, noodles, rice, coffee, and juice. It was simple but good. Staff was so friendly and accommodating! Good value for money overall.

While it’s an older property, the staff are helpful with fixing issues. The staff are also friendly. The location is excellent near shops and restaurants.

Sadly I had to change rooms on the second night of just a 2 night stay - there was a lot of mold in the bathroom and some problems with the plumbing I believe, so they moved me to another, which I was grateful for. The place seems to be mostly run by young men who perhaps are not the best at cleaning. There was also a big fire lit on the one clear day right next to the pool whilst many guests were relaxing. Sadly for them, it seems Kuta has been built up a lot around then and you can hear bass music/parties from the rooms

When contacting the hotel to arrange transport to the hotel, they didn't respond so I had to arrange it with somebody else. We were told there was a free coffee and tea all day but one day when we went to the restaurant to have the coffee nobody from the staff served us even though there were a few of the staff chatting nearby. It would be good to have a mosquito net in the room as there were lots mosquitoes.

The swimming pool was lovely. Also the room was nice and clean. The breakfast was simple buffet - you could have as much food as you wanted. That was a big bonus as other hotels we had stayed in had quite small portions. There was always a choice of indonesian style breakfast, eggs, sausages, toasts, butter, jam, nice pancakes, watermelon, coffee, tea and juice. The hotel was right in the town centre near the beach.

No cups, tea or coffee in the room and no drinking water provided except in the dining room. Inner spring mattress was worn out but we still slept ok. Very slow in answering messages ie a day. We were travelling with our friends. We had 2 rooms booked and they were a long way a way from each other. ( one upstairs and one further back ground level) I wanted to upgrade the second room to Deluxe so we could be together but by the time they responded there was no availability.

Great location close to restaurants and central Kuta. Deluxe room was spacious. Pool, garden and sculptures lovely. Breakfast was fine.

Pool area badly needs re-landscaping, more shaded sun beds & tidying up. A jug in the room; deep clean of shower recesses of mould & replacing of bug eaten wardrobes & old bed that was sinking on one side. Breakfast could include some other western food choices.
