Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BruneiThe bed was so comfy and the staff was so nice. There were small stalls/Warong(for eat) during evening, alongside the hotel and also coffee shop nearby. Easy check in and check out, I was there during public holiday and there were fully booked.

IndonesiaBreakfast menu can be better, to worth the price. Room needs to be more soundproof.
Next to numerous eateries, cafes, and restaurants with a great variety of food options - some of them open until midnight. The room is small, compact but clean.

AustraliaNothing in particular. This is a simple room but clean and functional.
This is a basic but clean and comfortable place to stay. No frills but perfectly adequate for my overnight stay. The street the hotel is a located on has numerous places to eat (street stalls mainly) and walkable to many more via Google Maps. It is opposite a convenience store/mart. There is hot water in the open air space (under cover) outside the room and the room was quiet despite being closer to the road. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was ok. There are transport options within walking distance (less than 20 minutes) including a metro stop. It is approx. 25 mins from the airport line (walking) also and easy to find. Walkable to Gambir Station near the National Monument.

MalaysiaPlease take note of the following details: Location: The hotel is located in Daerah Kuliner Jakarta, in a strategic location. There are plenty of dining options just outside the hotel. Room: The space in the room is quite limited, which makes it difficult to move around. However, the bed and pillows provided are comfortable. Please note this hotel is a smoking hotel, so u can smell the smoke after smelling around the hotel, and it is an unpleasant experience. Staff: The staff members are friendly and try to assist us as best as they can. Service: Although we had made a reservation for 3 rooms, only 2 rooms were available at 3 pm. The third room was not available until 4 pm, which was quite frustrating considering we had made the reservation a month in advance.

United KingdomBreakfast choices a bit limited. Rooms could do with updating, not huge but OK for one night. Restaurant not open in the evening.
Very good location for heading to Gambir station to get the train to Yogya! Reasonable breakfast, nice omelette. Friendly staff. Rooms worked well for one night for parents & kids. TV in each of the 2x bedrooms, a screen to pull across kids room. Convenience store and places to eat right outside.

TurkeyThere was a smell from the bathroom, that feels like I slept in a restroom. They should consider cleaning out the pipeline or find a solution for that. There was water, coffee and mugs, however, no kettle. How anyone is supposed to drink coffee? The room was not that clean, but if you are going to sleep only for 4-5 hours, with a cheap price, you might book this hotel.
It was close to the center.

TaiwanLack of water pressure in shower, almost unusable Nearly impossible to control shower water temperature No laundry service and when asked about nearby laundry services, staff vaguely motioned to somewhere "outside". We wasted a lot of time looking for a laundry service. When checking in, the room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. Had to wait an hour as the clearing staff un-smoked it.
Staff was friendly, cleaning staff was good, breakfast was good.
