BangladeshIt’s just beside the road. So it was super noisy till 4 am in the morning. Also there was no toiletries, no water bottle in the room. Washroom was not clean. Later when I asked, one of the stuff gave me a toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. There was not even a liquid hand wash or soap in the washroom.

United StatesWe booked 2 rooms. One was exactly like the picture and amazing. The other was not the same room that we booked and it was not very good. They also charged us full price for the second room even though we received a downgrade. The restaurant was not open which was a disappointment, but there were many other restaurants nearby. Physical location was nice, but there are 2 bars across the street that play very loud music until 3am, which we could hear from our room. Also, outside the downgraded room, there was a man who seemed to be there at all hours of the day, shirtless, with 2 kids running around, while he constantly smoked cigarettes in a confined space. Very unpleasant.
Centrally located near Kuta Beach. Nice pool but no sitting area.

United KingdomPictures of the hotel online did not look like the room we were in. Extremely outdated and bad odour when entering. Bed sheets were dirty and we had bugs in our bed sheets. Furthermore, the shower didn’t work - it just about trickled which staff didn’t seem concerned about. Towels were stained, resulting in us needing to use our own. When going to sleep 4 cockroaches found on and around the bed- staff weren’t interested or accommodating causing us to leave the hotel for a new one in the middle of the night.

United StatesThe hotel was dirty. There was no soap, shampoo, or toilet paper. They left a wet, dirty towel as a rug in the bathroom. We knew it was an old towel because it smelled and was soaking wet. The bedsheets had a few stains, and the pillows were disgusting. When we looked under the pillowcase, the pillow was dirty, brown, and stained. I don't even know how old those pillows are. Looked like they haven't been changed for years. We couldn't sleep and didn't want to stay, but after a long day of flying and not getting to the hotel until 2 am, we didn't have much choice. The hotel does not look like the pictures. We had to use our own clothes to lay over the pillow and bed to sleep on. We stayed for one night from December 18-19 at the OYO hotel. We left a black jacket and a black vest in our room. The black jacket I just bought last week for this trip. After we checked out, later in the day, we remembered we forgot our items at the hotel so we went back to ask about the stuff we left, and they said housekeeping is already gone. How come housekeeping did not turn our stuff in to the front desk after cleaning the room and see if we will come back for it? I think that is terrible.

The rooms are nothing like the photos. The rooms are disgusting. Based on the photos we booked this hotel for two weeks. We left the next morning. They didn't even consider refunding the remaining of the days. The area is not a family friendly and you hear loud music till 4 am. The staff are very unprofessional. Do yourself a favour don't ruin your holiday in this hotel.
