Great welcome, friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, modern clean comfortable room. The view from the rooftop pool on a clear day when you can see volcanoes in 3 directions is absolutely stunning

Very small room.

We arrived late and left early the next morning so didn't really have a chance to use many of the facilities. We went to the rooftop pool and it was lovely but a little chilly that evening so we didn't go in. We had dinner at Gin Gin and it was nice. Plus the sell beer! We also sat on the rooftop and enjoyed the sunset. Breakfast buffet had limited options but we weren't looking for anything big. Staff was very friendly. We never left the hotel so can't say anything about "location".

Rooms are ordinary and with no fridge

This hotel is a pleasant modern business hotel type but the restaurant and rooftop pool are amazing, with 360 deg views of the volcanic scenery around Malang. Swimming and dining are highlights of this hotel in a city surrounded by magnificent mountain landscapes. Breakfast is excellent

The room is not in good condition as it looks in the pictures. All the "less visible" parts of the room not so clean. No wardrobe, just a few hooks.

The rooftop pool is beautiful and very clean. The restaurant has very good food (not only indonesian). The staff extremely friendly.

They had fully booked the hotel, which shouldn't be a problem, only that they could only provide one key card per room. But we had multiple guests in each room with different schedules so it was very inconvenient. My friend had to get ready for a wedding in the room without a keycard - so he had no A/C and they couldn't offer any solutions.

The location is great and we really liked the rooftop. It has a great view of the area and is a nice spot for coffee in the morning.

Bathroom needs renovation. Close to mosques so very loud throughout the night - bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The room and the bathroom could use some renovation. The bathroom was very moldy, the room itself was old, there were stains in the sheets. Even though this is not the property’s fault, there is a mosque that starts singing at about 3:30AM and goes on for more than 20mins.

The Restaurant GinGin on the 8th floor was very delicious. We went there initial because we were tired and it was the closest. Then we came back three times! Especially our server Rani was perfect and made us feel very welcomed.

Breakfast was very average, not enough for all was mostly gone by 9 am. The hotel is a little on a main road away from town which is fine for a night or two. I asked about booking a taxi from our flight to the hotel and they declined which felt quite unhelpful compared to other places. 1 plug socket in the room...

The room is ok but small and has an Ibis Budget feel, so just a few hooks on the wall to hang clothes.

The swimming pool on the roof was nice and the views over Malang good. Staff were nice and efficient. Breakfast basic but sufficient. Cold beer too.
