The property is starting to show its age. It seems like maintenance is being overlooked, which is a shame. We noticed a strong rotten smell when using the bidet, and some air conditioners were extremely noisy—we even had to switch villas because of it. The beds could also use an upgrade for better comfort. Don’t get me wrong, we’ll absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Bali, but we really hope they invest in some much-needed renovations to keep this place as amazing as it should be!

Maya Villas is our favourite hotel in Bali! The location is perfect, and the villas are spacious with a great-sized swimming pool—everything you need to feel comfortable.

The restaurant at the villa is closed. It would have been nice to for it to be open for breakfast and to meet other travellers or have dinner. We ate out each day. Would have been better to have breakfast at the villas.

The villas are just lovely, very private, great pool and absolutely spotless. The location is right behind the Main Street and in the thick of great restaurants and Warungs. Its super private and I think only saw other guests once in our stay. It was seriously quiet too being back from the Main Street - I would stay there again.

Open plan living area is needing a little attention. Typical of the time of year but the mosquito were plenty full.

The breakfast options provided are quite poor - a bit expensive for what you get (though Seminyak is quite expensive compared to other areas of Bali), so you are better served leaving the villa and just getting breakfast elsewhere. There is also not much information available in the room (normally in the form of little information sheets) itself when you arrive when you compare to other accomodation. The bathroom could also use a bit of work - drainage is quite poor, and the water pressure/heat isn't great, and while it is a 'semi-outside' bathroom, it felt quite old/dirty so could use a bit of a freshen up.

Staff were really great and the check-in process was smooth. Each villa having a private swimming pool is an amazing feature to have. The villa itself is really big - far larger than you would expect for a place in the centre of Seminyak, and comes with a heap of amenites including a cooktop if you do decide to cook at home.

Huge pool and bar area all to ourselves. It was quiet and comfortable. We loved having so much space to ourselves. As soon as we left the hotel area we found restaurants and shops very nearby and walking distance to Sisterfields for amazing coffee and food too.

Updated devices would be nice to keep up with this era, also consider inclosing the outdoor bathrooms very uncomfortable we found it’s where the mosquitoes would hang Upgraded mattresses and pillows would have been nice they were completely overused. Neighbours could see directly into our villa from above our villa

When we booked the villa the restaurant was operating. It changed management and the restaurant did not reopen.

Villas amazing 10/10! Perfect location, right in the middle of Seminyak town. You can't hear the hustle and bustle even though you're right in town which is surprising and great. Staff 10/10, so helpful, kind and accommodating. We will stay here every time we visit Bali. Thank you Maya Sayang.

We were a bit further back from the beach (ten minute walk to Seminyak beach), if you are wanting to visit beaches like Double Six be prepared for a bigger walk.

We stayed in a three bedroom villa, big bedrooms and a covered lounge and kitchen area. The private pool was large and used alot! All the bedrooms open out onto the pool which our kids loved. Located down a side street in Seminyak so very quiet and close to Seminyak Square (five minutes walk). There is not a restaurant onsite but you can order a breakfast which is delivered to the villa and there are lots of places to eat within walking distance of the villa.
