Rented Heavenly Jacuzzi Villa, room size is certainly not 245sqm as stated in Booking,com, felt more like 80sqm, so quite disappointing. No external taxi service is available and the bus shuttle service to Ubud only operates 1 time per hour, not so convenient.

We book a room but they upgrade our room to a villa, We love the villa (the villa itself was very clean ,comfy and beautiful), the breakfast (food) was great and also the tea aternoon (awesome), the 2 pool was enchanting.the staff are friendly and very accomodating in our needs. They have different activities everyday.(amazing) Definitely will comeback on this resort. And its Highly reccomended.amazing guys! Thank you so much!Superb!

The rooms and towels are getting just a little bit tired. Given Covid though and the near two year shutdown, that is understandable. Management seems to have workmen onsite starting to update facilities.

What the advertising states is that the resort is by the river so I thought that the room will be by the river which it is not but still the room was amazing and i loved everything about it.

The resort is amazing. I loved everything provided here. The breakfast had everything. You have 2 infinity pools and the spa was really nice and relaxing. I really recommend this resort if you want to pamper yourself

We stayed at the Maya for a total of 5 nights in a pool villa room. The experience at the Maya Was exceptional. From the food, the staff, the experiences (we did a Villa Grill and used the spa 120 minute couples package). The location of the hotel is in the heart of the jungle in Ubud and the nature surrounding the hotel was breathtaking. They offer a lot of complimentary services - yoga / rice paddy walking tour/ forest trail hiking and free afternoon tea. All the services were incredible. The room was extremely clean, the pool was maintained daily and they fogg for mosquitoes, which there was no issue at all with! The breakfast buffet was super delicious and the lunch and dinner menus were amazing ! All the food and drinks were of extremely high standard. And finally. The staff at the Maya From the front office, the gardeners, the chefs and the waiting staff were always so helpful, full of smiles making you feel like home. Maya was one of the best hotels I have ever visited and would not hesitate to return !! 100/10 recommend for anyone visiting Ubud or Bali In general

Most wonderful resort and hotel experience in the world. Beautiful, kind staff at the highest level of professional courtesy, care and service. Excellent food and hospitality at all times of day from breakfast to lunch to dinner and room service. Best spa experience, overlooking natural rainforest and waterfall Maya Ubud captures the essence, or dream of Ubud whilst enveloped in 5 star resort experience. We will judge every other future stay anywhere by this new standard. Maya Ubud is easily one of the finest and most breathtaking resorts in the world.
