There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved the hotel. I stayed for 4 days, staff were super nice and helpful always. Room was spacious and clean. A lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Bed was super comfy. Swimming pool was really nice after a nice hot day out. Wifi worked well in room and restaurant. Breakfast provided was delicious, I had the Indonesian brekky, fried rice, egg, sausage and salad with a cuppa. Location a plus as not too far from airport and within walking distance to town shops & restaurants. I will definitely be coming back.

The staff were beautiful, big rooms and very comfortable bed. The pool was lovely and it was a 10 minute easy walk to a good section of the beach. We loved it!

The breakfast could have a bit more of love.

The location is great as everything is just a couple of minutes away. The deluxe rooms are really comfy. The staff is super friendly. The swimming pool is very nice. Theres a welcome drink! The manager will do its best to accomodate your needs, everyone is super approachable.

Pillows on bed need to be replaced, as they are very soiled. Not noticeable with pillowcase, but not nice!

Due to a two level pool, if people swim it makes very loud splashing sounds.

Best hotel I've stayed at in this price range in kuta. Nice pool, nice garden, good size room, whoolen sheets and blanket, nice toiletries. Good hotel. Free breakfast was also great.

Breakfast... absolutely rubbish don't even bother and the staff seem to manage to get it wrong every time, shame as it's included so feel obliged to have it, however you can go up and order and they bring it to your terrace but not always what you asked for. The staff seem to be either busy on their phones, sitting under the reception desk and not really bothered it's a shame because the boys that clean are so luvly and nothing is an ask, felt the owner's need to look at the staff balance and sort this soon as it's a problem, it's such a beautiful place and so easy to access all outside without scooter or car but lacks management skills unfortunately.

Loved the location, and being able to move to a Cabana pool view room that got the sun on the terrace all day... However the Cabana rooms are more expensive than the deluxe and the cabana is smaller but a bigger bathroom.

Absolutely nothing. The hotel is clean and nice. Staff was lovely.

It's a bit difficult to find. This is both good and bad. Good, because it's quiet.... Bad because it's a trek to get to the beach. The local streets are super interesting. Staff was amazing. They were helpful and sweet.

Rooms could probably do with a refresh. Bed was a little hard for me.

Small boutique hotel in a quiet location. Room was huge with access to the pool. It was a pleasure to come back each day snd swim in the lovely pool.

Access to the amazing pool was a little difficult for an older person. While there was a ladder the stairs were round and and not flat which made it a little difficult for your foot to grip. Limited cable channels on TV.

Large, comfortable room with all amenities, kettle, tea, coffee, good aircon, toiletries and TV. I stayed on ground floor and my terrace was beautiful overlooking the pool. The hotel was very quiet at night and lovely to escape the noise and traffic of the street. I loved the location of the hotel as it was close to Legian Food Court and had many warungs close by. It was also close to shopping and the each was only 10 mins walk. Bella at reception was such a wonderfully focused Customer Service Representative and very helpful along with all the beautiful smiling staff at Mina Pelasa...they made my stay a pleasure and I certainly look forward to returning.

Front tiles on veranda slippery when wet.

Lovely and quiet. Would recommend for couples and close walking distance to Main Street. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wish it could have been longer.
