No plug point near the bed. Only plugpoints were for tye TV and one in bathroom. It was hard to charge the phone. Location is in a local area. L Rooms are not sound proof. You can hear people use stair case and shouting which was bit disturbing. Better if they keep cotton towels. It was very hard to dry using their towels.

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Lift facility is there.In house rooftop cofee shop is there. Breakfast was also not bad even though very simple. Staff is very friendly. Value for money and great for a short stay.

the delivery of food was very slow, I saw someone received the instant noodles cooked after 2 hours. And breakfast have very limited option, We skiped the breakfast after seeing the items and bought some breakfast from outside.

Some rooms don't have windows which is not very clear from the description. It's not a critical issue for a few days, but if you plan on staying for longer, better double check which room you're getting.

Great location in the city center, close to a lot of major landmarks and places. The room itself was decent for the price, nothing too fancy, good for short-term stay. Breakfast is great, and the cafe on the first floor is also very convenient. The staff are very responsive and helpful.

The only problem was the air conditioning was too hot. It really was uncomfortable. It's a shame really, because the rest of the place was so much nicer than expected. If you don't mind sleeping warm, You will be happy here.

This hotel was much nicer than I expected. Nice rooftop pool and bar. The staff were lovely, and really great value.

It would be nice to give the songbirds bigger cages. The basin-surround in the bathroom was broken and perished. Needs replacing.

Staff VERY friendly and helpful. There's a cafe next to reception. Breakfast was basic but good. The rooftop eating area is nice, especially with the songbirds. Room service has good selection and is available 24hrs, apparently. VERY good prices for food. Shower was good. Good value for money.

This is not something we don't really like but more of for information of the future guests, the hotel is near, I think 3 mosque, so during their prayer time, you can hear it from your room but it is not that bothering.

The location is so convenient. It is walking distance from Plaza Indonesia, MRT and bus stations. For the room, we stayed on the 4th Floor and the view is so amazing at night. The breakfast is okay as well, I wish they had creamer for the coffee hehe

No consistency with food offerings for breakfast or room service. The local breakfast is understandably a staple but they should provide milk for the coffee as well as a daily continental breakfast options for people that can’t stomach heavy meals in the morning. Bread and cereals. not once or twice a week would be idéal

Bathroom was a a bit moldy and the room furniture quite old. But for one night, it was totally fine. Receptionist did not understand English but was really helpful though (google translation for the win!)

No toilet paper is provided, nor shower gel (but we managed with a piece of soap that came with the room). Staff were friendly but did not speak much English (or other common languages), so it was a bit difficult to communicate. Breakfast is basic amd may not be to Western taste (white rice, spicy chicken), there is no coffee machine so you have to mix coffee powder and hot water directly in your cup, leaving a bit of a sandy feeling in your mouth. If you’re a tea person, no problem :)

Very good location close to markets, main train stations, restaurants. The room was wider than expected, AC was working well and the terrace has a beautiful view in the evening. There is a small cafeteria in the hotel which is convenient for snacks and cold drinks. Overall, it is ideal for a short stay in Jakarta when on a budget.

The only thing i think can be improved is that you can't order directly from the rooftop terrace. So you got to go all the way downstairs to place youre order.

Breakfast (sahur exactly). Did not prepare enough food that my wife and I had to wait almost 15 minutes . Luckily got enough time to eat something before fasting of Ramadhan.

Everything except breakfast. Musholla or Masjid is near so easy to pray Can order food also although a bit pricey. If want cheaper food can always walk a bit from Hotel and find something near roadside like Mie Ayam, Warteg and even Pecel Lele etc

The bed sheets and towels had stains on them and should be cleaner. No kettle or dispenser on the floor. The coffee shop in the hotel allows smoking, therefore making it difficult to sit and eat in there whilst guests are chain-smoking.

The free breakfast was good. Rice, toast and chicken. AC is cool, and internet was fine. Allowed me to check in earlier. Spacious room.
