The villa was honestly incredible. Just the most amazing views of the hills, and the floating cabin was so luxurious we didn't want to leave and go explore! Staff were amazing and the restaurant was top quality food, but the floating cabin was just such a wow factor this shouldn't be missed.

villa floating was great idea for the another experience vacation in Bali. the staff was really helpful, the jacuzzi worked properly, and we have 2 choices bed in the floating villa itself which you can used it to star watching during the clear night .

Incredible hotel, the setting is beautiful and the hotel is very well decorated. The staff were wonderful and were so helpful throughout our stay. They arranged a driver for us to tour the area. Iwan was always so friendly and welcoming to us. The rooms are lovely and the restaurant was excellent too with a great breakfast choice.

Very little. Guests are not supposed to operate the (glacially slow) funicular between the main building and some guest rooms.

The location is stunning (but remote and quiet). The air-borne design is unique. And the property feels 5 star but didn’t cost it. Every member of the staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was kinda surprised how great it was.

A wonderful place with a stunning view. People who work there are more than kind and helpful. The restaurant has a wide choice of food, we tried Hibachi and is was amazing. The choice for breakfast is huge and salted and sweet breakfast are both delicious. I’ll go there back for sure!

The expansive mountain views, the cool weather, seeing the fog slowly rolling into the restaurant, the pool overlooking everything and most of all, the food. Every single meal we had there was incredible, compliments to the chef!

My only recommendation is that you stay for a max of 3 nights. It is pretty quiet around Munduk, we found that 3 nights was plenty to get the full experience. Prices for food/massages are significantly higher than Ubud or any other major areas but it felt worth it.

The villas are absolutely gorgeous - set amongst the jungles with amazing views from the floating villa. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant and pool are breathtakingly beautiful. I also went on a jungle trek and canoeing experience that was amazing.

Just be aware it’s not the easiest to reach (due to the steep roads) but we’ll worth the drive.

The hospitality on arrival and throughout our stay was incredible. our villa room was amazing with breathtaking views over the mountains. The staff could not have been more accommodating and attentive. We had a great meal in the restaurant with a professional and very friendly Habachi chef (I believe his name was Fabri). We also had the privilege of a couples massage (would highly recommend). Overall the stay was perfection, from room, to staff and facilities.

Leaving. First time ever sat in front of open fireplace in Bali and shared 2 bottles of Two Islands Red followed by a couple of best espresso martini's, we were only two in restaurant and staff didn't mind staying to take us down in gondola to our forest cabin which was perfect for our 2 night stay. Beautiful clean modern comfortable and best hot water with strong water pressure shower. Beautiful decor this place is exceptional in every aspect and I can't understand why we only had 4 others there first night and only 2 others on 2nd night.

Everything about this place is excellent, absolutely nothing to complain about as staff go out of their way to make everything possible for your comfort and nothing is too much trouble.

I can't really think of anything to knock.

An incredible setting - pretty unique. Great á la carte breakfast. We also had a dinner there - my pizza was very good and reasonably priced. My partner complained that the duck was "too meaty". Which is a way of saying that it wasn't local. We stayed in one of the cabins which was fine but for people with more cash to splash, the floating villas should not be missed. We were shown around one by the friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing. The villas, the view, the atmosphere and even the food was amazing!! Staff super friendly and thoughtful. They always brought us a side table for phones and towels etc at the pool or brought us bean bags or blankets. Honestly it was a perfect stay. Can't take everyone enough for the amazing stay we had.

The restaurant was just OK. Had a standard fare of Indonesian and Western meals typically found in Bali, but nothing to write home about, though it was probably good for Munduk. (The view from the restaurant was really great though, and I also appreciated the friendly and helpful service.)

Being in Munduk, this hotel is a bit out of the way, but the spectacular mountain views and luxury tree-house feel of the "floating villa" room we stayed was truly special. Very highly recommended!

Ideal place for relaxing and beholding breathtaking surroundings. Great staff, ultimate breakfast, gorgeous spa. We spent just one night in a floating villa, and it was the best experience wattching stars through the transparent roof. We will certainly get back and spend about 1 week. Thank you very much!
