The distance from the airport. Other than that, it was all good.

It is far from crowds. It has like 37 to 40 units. Less people, tend to be adults. So it was a restful and quiet time. Good for recharging.

There was nothing we didn't like

Everything was exceptional! The staff is very nice and professional and was willing to do anything for you. The food was excellent at breakfast and dinner, the views were beautiful from our villa "Palm Sugar" with the jacuzzi, and the sunset over the main pool was amazing. We definitely would come back to stay at Munduk Moding Plantation Nature Resort again and will recommend it to our friends.

One minor negative was the “romantic dinner”that they sold us on. This was a simple dinner with the same food as the restaurant, except double the price - in a little gazebo with some heart shaped flowers. Not worth the money. I would also suggest that the hotel provide free water at dinner, given the price premium of the hotel.

Amazing 5-star, personalized and attentive service throughout our 3 night stay. The location and pool were incredible - such a unique spot. Breakfasts were huge and essentially all you can eat - delicious eggs, coffee, fruit, and local treats. The included activities were awesome - highly recommend the cycling tour to check out the area and the views of the ocean. Such a unique and incredible stay.

Just returned from a breathtaking stay at Munduk Moding Plantation in Bali and I'm already planning my next visit. This place isn't just a resort; it's a slice of paradise that redefines the meaning of hospitality and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, every detail was perfection. Our Luxury Suite was a dream, offering comfort and stunning views that photos just can't do justice. The resort's facilities, including the infinity pools, spa, gym, and tennis court, were beyond what we expected. Every day brought a new adventure, from cycling around the picturesque neighborhood to engaging in local cultural activities like making Balinese offerings. The food was a highlight, with every dish more delightful than the last, and a cocktail selection that was simply unmatched. But what truly set Munduk Moding Plantation apart was its heart - the incredible staff. Special thanks to Sindy, Astina, Edi, and Randy, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Only thing that we think can be improved is the quality of the food. Especially our experience in the Indonesian restaurant was a bit dissapointing and the kitchen seemed to have some issues accommodating our group of 8 at certain times.

Beautiful setting in mountainous surrounding with coffee plantation and breathtaking views. We loved the pools and jacuzzi and numerous activities in-house and nearby surroundings. Think trekking to waterfalls, horseback riding, yoga, spa, visit of coffee plantation and processing factory. Also very kind staff in all departments ... overall very well managed!

Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and eager to please. The location was very tranquil, celebrating nature and offers something different to the typical beach-holiday resorts on the island. Food was sensational and the rooms were comfortable. The pools are great.

I have been to Munduk before but this place is incredible, even better than the pictures. Not so great for hiking in rainy season but I still managed to enjoy the stunning views from the room, the pool and grounds, and the super informative and interesting coffee tour. It was also really interesting seeing all the sustainability measures onsite, including the impressive plastic recycling/art space. The rooms are beautiful and very well-equipped, with the best coffee and facilities of anywhere I stayed in Bali! The staff are lovely, very helpful and welcoming and kindly arranged taxis for me. The food in the restaurant was also very high-quality. I would definitely go back.

Since we were there during the rainy season so it's a little bit cold and sometimes cloudy.

The whole visit here is great, the pool, the view, the service, the friendly staff. The coffee really good, we also buy some coffee home. It's a pity that we did not see the luwak.. The hotel also have lots activities, we enjoy so much.

Wow! This place is heaven! The view quite literally is from the jaw dropping infinity pools and jacuzzi! Loved the whole resort concept. Especially the vision to ensure everything is locally sourced, and that the team are too!! extraordinary service levels, thank you so much for looking after me and the complimentary spa experience! Loved the horse stables, vegetables gardens, coffee plantation tour and tasting, star gazing, fire pit and marsh mellows. Breakfasts were fantastic - but most of all its the staff working as one big team ! So good I stayed a 5th night

At the beginning when we arrived we were assigned to a villa next to a construction site which was very inconvenient since it lacked privacy and comfort, and we were not told about it before booking. However, after meeting the manager we were upgraded to a bigger villa that was private and comfortable.

The view of our villa was breathtaking, the staff are respectful and friendly .
