It was a good reminder of just how private a villa can be in the heart of Seminyak. We had a wonderful relaxing stay, and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic property in an awesome location. Honestly some of the nicest and thoughtful staff I’ve experienced. My wife was feeling sick and they let us rest in one of the villas even after check out. Very clean and high quality accomodation.

A beautiful villa, very luxurious, lovely private pool, wonderful staff and service from the butlers at breakfast was a really nice experience. Close to all the shopping ,eating places and a quick stroll to the beach, this is perfect for a short or long stay in Seminyak. I highly recommend this property.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and also efficient. They were also obliging with a late check out. The Villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need and all very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Its also spacious with designer elements galore. A nice touch is having breakfast cooked in your villa.

Spacious and well thought property, excellent privacy that was my primary goal. Staff was going above and beyond to accommodate, even allowed us to stay until the evening before our late departure flight, no mention of extra charge.

Staff were exceptional, always making sure we were ok and quick to help where needed. The location was spot on. Close to literally everything! Shops, bars, cafes are literally next door. We’re glad we chose this villa, definitely recommend!

I find it hard to say anything negative because I don’t want to put people off staying here. As I will stay here again! But I want to be honest. To know what to expect. The towels had some stains from being old and I felt that the shower and the toilet perhaps could have been more sparkly clean.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to watch the sunset while having dinner at the beach. Strolling the street. But when you came back to villa it felt like you were miles away from anything.

A few minor snagging items needing maintenance - shelves in wardrobes wobbly, broken handle on drawer, a couple of leaks with heavy rain, didn’t impact our stay though

There is nothing that I can say here. Everything from check in to check out was fantastic.

The property was very clean, comfortable and well serviced. The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful and we had someone to cook us a private breakfast every day during our stay. Our villa was cleaned and serviced every day and included an amazing private pool. It was centrally located and just a fantastic place to stay in Seminyak.

We enjoyed the privacy of this villa. Despite being in a great location in Seminyak, it was still quiet. The pool was fantastic, the perfect size and temperature. In villa breakfast was a real treat and we were lucky to have the staff accomodate any of our requests. We would certainly recommend this villa to our friends.
