Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandLovely place, brand new, very spacious, and located in walking distance from the city center. A simple breakfast is included, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The place allows you to relax at the pool and cut off from vibrant and noisy Ubud. Highly recommended! :)

GermanyWe loved our stay! Just a little information for the travelers thinking of booking it, it is a good 10-15 minutes on foot from the centre of Ubud. We did not mind it much though.
We had a great stay in Narada Pool & Suite. The accomodation was very comfortable and the staff more than ready to help. The suite was spacious and looks exactly like the photos. We also really enjoyed the pool! We would for sure stay here again when visiting Ubud. We can only say thank you!

GermanyNothing, thanks for everything!
100% recommendation, lovely, peaceful place and you can walk to Ubud Center by feet. The owner and staff helped with absolutely everything I asked for. The rooms are new, modern and well-furnished, the garden and pool are quite relaxing. Breakfast is delicious! I even was allowed to invite a friend for breakfast.

Qatarthe hotel has opened very recently, very well equipped and clean. staff very helpful and kind. they always welcome you with a smile. it is not a private pool villa, but i felt like i had my own pool with a jungle view. not very far from the center of the town. you can book a grab bike driver from the city but it had always been challenging(dont know why) apart from that, good price with a good quality. i am willing to visit once again. thank you for your hospitality.

PolandI visited this villa last year and returned again, but was slightly disappointed this time. Last year it was brand new so I was hoping the minor flaws will be fixed but they are not. The rooms are very humid, and you can smell it quite bad. The cleaning service was quite poor. There is no place to hang your clothes when you want to take a shower. The staff is often not there, so sometimes you need to wait for breakfast or if you need anything (even withing serving time, which is 7-10 am).
It's a nice place located within walking distance from main street & Ubud Palace, which makes it perfect for sightseeing. Rooms are spacious, and have aircon. Breakfast is included.

United KingdomStaff not hugely friendly and not often about at reception
The villa itself was lovely size, good private pool and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was quite run down and a little dirty. The staff seemed to be rarely about when we went to the reception to request more loo roll or even to check out. The villa was cleaned daily to good standard and water bottles refilled every other day.

New ZealandMore or less wear and tear and bugs (mostly ants) very minor things
It is nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of UBUD - Taxi runs to town were very affordable. Nice and spacious and pool was nice and deep. We were directly on the ground floor, quick access to pool

New ZealandRoom had a weird damp smell that was not helped by the bug spray that while keeping bugs away smelled pretty gross. We kept air con off both nights (it was cool enough) cos it smelled moldy when it was on. Also terrible signage to find it off the street.. def needs better.
Great location 10min walk to the center of ubud but super quiet and peaceful. Room size was awesome and pool and outlook all very nice. Plus they figured out we like extra coffee and gave us a big pot of Bali Copi on day 2... Very cool! Bed was epic sized with mossie net well set up.

United Arab EmiratesPaper thin walls, the safe didn’t work, minimal amenities, uncomfortable mattress. Not the fault of the hotel, but the super thin walls meant we could hear the person next door being violently unwell throughout the night.
The room was spacious and clean.

New ZealandThe pool was out of action for most of our 5 days due to it going green. Great that they kept cleaning it but would have been nice to be able to use it as really hot. Would only stay clean for a day before it would go green again. The location was away from the main road but probably a little too far as you had to walk up and down a hill for 10-15 mins to get to town. Wasn’t great when dark as roads and footpaths not well formed.
Rooms were clean and tidy with a nice balcony. Breakfast was nice but simple. Large room and bathroom with a couch area however no tv. Location was quiet and away from the main city centre. The accomodation only has 6 rooms so feels secluded.

United KingdomShower drain didn’t work well, would overflow during shower. Insects were very persistent, all around private pool were ants. Doors of property didn’t seal, so ants and other insects were wandering inside room. Hard to find, down side alley and main entrance not signposted. Lots of properties with similar name, causing confusion with taxi drivers. Didn’t provide soap in bathroom.
Shared pool was clean and warm. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked perfectly. Nice private area for villa. Complementary water. Bed was made well every day and room cleaned to high standard.

AustraliaWe couldnt use the pool for 1 day which was disappointing as we were only there for 2 days. Despite it being a bit further out of the busy areas it was still noisy. We had arranged for a driver to collect us from the airport however his car broke down on the way and we didn’t have any internet on arrival so we were unaware. This left us waiting at the airport for almost an hour. Also we weren’t provided with new water each day like in other areas.
We had a large spacious and clean room.

Czech RepublicUnreliable wifi. Great noise in room 1. You can hear every device, the fan from the hallway, from the pool and also from the reception.
The accommodation is in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to the centre of Ubud. Nice and spacious room. Very nice staff. There is a great restaurant right next door.

United Arab EmiratesI woke up in the middle of the night to a loud noise which initially I though were renovations done to the room directly upstairs over mine. I later realised the sound was caused by rats which somehow entered the walls and were scratching around. I could not sleep for a full hour as the rats were very active and the noise was too loud to ignore.
Location is good, staff is nice

IndiaNo daily cleaning, no fresh towels, no daily water, no daily replenishment of coffee/creamer etc. they promise 24 hours reception but there’s nobody whole day. Breakfast is made to order only 1 dish per person. The staff doesn’t understand English. Entrance to the place is very shabby with all old things thrown in front of the entrance. All in all very average experience. No soap/shampoo/handsoap. Nothing provided
It is a basic property like an airbnb
