Just since the hotel is in the middle of the jungle, do expect some insects and so , which is very common everywhere in Ubud , not in the hotel only .. and the hotel provide some tools to minimize this and they do clean the room twice a day as well..
The hotel was just amazing, in all aspects… In the heart of the jungle… with great view.. one of the greatest hotel staff I have ever dealt with , always happy and smile and willing to help.. the breakfast was good .. the restaurant is great with almost all kind of cuisines… walking into the hotel is something I have never experienced it , it’s like jumanji movie ( in a good way ) ..

OmanThere were quite a few lizards and insects around which is quite normal in the jungle, the breakfast options were limited, and there were some mosquitoes in the spa.
The staff were incredibly kind, and the location makes you feel as though you’re in the heart of the jungle, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility and l loved the option of bringing the breakfast, lunch , dinner to the room.

TunisiaThe humidity in the room was slightly bothersome, mainly due to my allergies. However, the staff is aware of this detail and is doing their best to find a solution to the issue.
