I like everything in this property, The are friendly, respectful, always there are smiling , welcoming you be love . I really really feel sad to leave them . The place is clean they care about you like you are in your home and more also . Fast communication with you less than 2 min they reply you in whatsapp . Anyone read my message boom with them you won’t feel regret at alllllllll.

Breakfast was delicious but limited offer with small portions for some; a bit too far from Ubud if you want to do sightseeing or eat out, for us it was good since we stayed in the resort all the time

Natya Resort is a dream come true. The villa we stayed in was gorgeous, the staff were all consistently friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the grounds have to be seen to be believed - just walking from tne lobby to your villa feels like taking a walk through a painting. If you're looking for a luxurious and truly peaceful stay, this is the place!

Nothing about the hotel itself.. Just since the hotel is in the middle of the jungle, do expect some insects and so , which is very common everywhere in Ubud , not in the hotel only .. and the hotel provide some tools to minimize this and they do clean the room twice a day as well..

The hotel was just amazing, in all aspects… In the heart of the jungle… with great view.. one of the greatest hotel staff I have ever dealt with , always happy and smile and willing to help.. the breakfast was good .. the restaurant is great with almost all kind of cuisines… walking into the hotel is something I have never experienced it , it’s like jumanji movie ( in a good way ) ..

Location - half hr from main town but that’s the trade off for staying amongst nature

I liked everything

The location is fabulous, a little paradise surrounded by nature. Also, the people were very nice and helpful. Not to mention a delicios restaurant very understanding of kid changing tastes as well :)

We had a wonderful week long stay at Natya. All the staff were nice and accommodating; always ready to meet our needs and ensure our comfort during our stay. The food in their restaurant, Naty’s, was also excellent. Definitely worth coming back to!

Half the room was bathroom and toilet. Bedroom area could have been bigger instead. Restaurant was overpriced for the food quality. Restaurant water was overpriced. Wifi was going off on and off on some days. Could not experience all activities due to heavy rains.

Great landscaping, beautiful view, lovely private pool, wifi across the property. Spa was value for money. Friendly staff.

There were quite a few lizards and insects around which is quite normal in the jungle, the breakfast options were limited, and there were some mosquitoes in the spa.

The staff were incredibly kind, and the location makes you feel as though you’re in the heart of the jungle, offering a sense of privacy and tranquility and l loved the option of bringing the breakfast, lunch , dinner to the room.

The humidity in the room was slightly bothersome, mainly due to my allergies. However, the staff is aware of this detail and is doing their best to find a solution to the issue.

The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is stunning, giving us the sense of living in a jungle while enjoying full comfort, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Gita 🥰
