The check-in process and welcome drinks upon our arrival were exceptional. We were warmly greeted with flowers and refreshing cold towels. Checking in was efficient and smooth. The staff even acknowledged my birthday upon arrival, and they remained very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. These thoughtful gestures made our experience truly unforgettable. Additionally, the food was amazing, and our relaxing couples massages were the best we've had in Bali. As a result, my wife and I are already planning our second trip back. Again, a huge shout-out to the whole team of staff for making our stay so memorable. This place exceeded all our expectations. We only regret not staying longer.

We've stayed here once before Covid and the resort is starting to show aging on the rooms just a little bit. Just a bit of chipped wood here and there, wear on the doors but nothing that's going to impact your enjoyment. Hopefully they have time to update in the next few year.

The pool is fantastic and the bedroom is outstanding compared to other hotels of comparable value. You get great private space and it's very clean.

Breakfast: The breakfast selection is limited, very simple, and not always tasty. It's acceptable for a few days but not if you are staying longer. Friday BBQ Buffet Dinner: The seafood and other meats were overcooked to the point of becoming rubbery. We did not ask for it to be redone because we were concerned about the quality; perhaps they overcook it to avoid food poisoning issues. Additionally, the BBQ buffet was quite limited in other options. For the price, I wish we had gone to a nice restaurant in Ubud centre instead.

We enjoyed the view and tranquility, as well as our private pool. Compared to larger resorts we've stayed in, this was a pleasant stay with no loud music or wedding celebrations. You can't hear other guests either, which adds to the overall sense of peace and relaxation.

Relaxing experience, very good resort with good facilities to enjoy even more. The room is nice, especially the infinity pool with the amazing view of Ubud. The restaurant and the spa are all you need while staying here. The staff are very nice people who are professional and give you solutions to upgrade your trip. I'm definitely coming back when in Ubud.

Natya Resort is a true oasis in the middle of a jungle, from the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the resort's serene gardens, our room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and impeccably clean. The private pool just outside the room was spotlessly maintained, providing the perfect spot to relax. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional, including setting up a wonderful breakfast spread each morning in the peaceful outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. Also the setting for the candle night dinner was beyond amazing, food, decoration every thing was so magical and perfect. I extend my sincere thanks to the entire team at Natya Resort Ubud for making my visit so memorable. Thank you Natya’s team!♥️

We absolutely loved our stay! Very friendly staff, food is great, fantastic location just outside Ubud, very tranquil. Ubud is terrible, very hot and busy with scooters and cars everywhere -- not what we like. This resort is just outside Ubud, which is very nice. Great resort, very green. The SPA is great as well, and nice afternoon tea, Balinese dance night and bbq, we loved everything. They are very helpful in arranging transport/a driver to for example Tegallalang rice fields, Jatiluwih rice fields, the waterfalls, etc.

Food options in the resort were limited. Also much lesser for vegetarians. The resort was not friendly for elders and older people as it had a lot of stairs and not a smooth passage to walk or move a wheelchair on. No activities for family and children to do in the resort.

Loved the view from the room and the private pool villas and the feeling of being in the midst of nature. Staff was great and was happy to help in all situations. Mom tried the spa and enjoyed the massage.

Close to nature and amazing experience in the woods and jungle

The only thing I would recommend they do is be a little more consicious where they locate guests that are traveling with smaller children. Luckily I was not on my honeymoon, but the villa next to us had a child about 3-4 years of age that on 2 different occasions was extremly noisy (screaming) outside and while using their pool. Wanted dinner outside by our pool but opted for inside due to the childs trantrum that lasted quite a while.

The entire location just ooozed Romance. Set in a lush tropical jungle, each villa with it's own privacy. Out door pool, lounging cabana, outdoor shower. The staff was very customer service oriented, looked after your every need and went above and beyond. The spa facitlies were excellent, got a Pedi/Mani while enjoying the jungle surroundings outside. I could go on and on....look forward to sending my daughter there on her honeymoon one of these days! Can't recommend it enough.

The room had ants and mosquitoes that bit us a lot. The ac unit was dripping water continuously on the floor. Would like a few more options in the restaurant. The biggest thing did not like was having to leave 😕

The staff was beyond accommodating. Extremely friendly and very personable. The location of the resort with the views was exceptional. Great value for resort.

Everything about this hotel is simply beautiful from the friendly staff to the amazing welcoming with flowers to the brilliant location and wonderful view in the heart of the forest. Very near to city center and the palace. Food was really good and delicious. The room was fantastic

The private pool in the villa was extremely cold which was inconvenient and we had to go the to shared pool ..

The hospitality , the room , the pool side , the breakfast , the restaurant , the staff , the overall atmosphere.. this definitely made our stay more enjoyable.

Hi, I travelled there with my wife for her birthday. it was beyond our expectations! the place, the food, the staff, the cleanliness (and me and my wife are very picky when it comes to cleanliness) everything was amazinggg!! they made a surprise birthday and cake for my wife when we arrived, was a really nice gesture. room service is excellent really fast. the view of the jungle was really nice. the pictures don't do this place justice. the rooms also are more wonderful in reality. The only thing i wish if it was a little bit cheaper. Would definitely recommend it :)

The location is not very far from the centre of Ubud, but there is not road when you can go safe as a pedestrian, but the hotel provide shuttle bus that is available after 12pm (3 times per day)

The resort is very nice and the staff is every time there to help if you need. They provide breakfast a la carte with a various selections. I would definitely recommend to choose the floating breakfast or the massage session.
