Traffic at main road is bad. Toilet cleanliness can be improve.

Easy access to food stall and shops. House and garden are well taken care off, if you like nature stay, this is the right place. Staff are friendly and welcoming!

The only thing that can be improved is the cleanliness of the toilet and the water pressure. Lights in the toilet can be changed to a brighter lighting. Otherwise Ndalem suryo saptono guest house is a pleasant place to stay.

The stay was pleasant and the ambience of the stay was relaxing and peaceful as it was far from the main road. Every morning you will be greeted with bird chirping. Ndalem suryo saptono guest house staff is very friendly and helpful.Recommended for a couple of family stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The ambiance and overall setting were just perfect. However, on our first night, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the room didn’t feel cool. Despite this, the staff were incredibly helpful and quickly addressed the issue, ensuring we could still sleep comfortably that night.

The staff was great! The facilities were good, the bed was very comfortable. They left some snacks by our door every morning, even when we didn't order breakfast. Loved our stay!

Located outside of city center so is giving perfect relief after a whole day in loud city, but on the other side getting to the center or reaching local attractions requires transport.

No breakfast was provided, but we were delivered fresh pastry/donuts each morning. The location is convenient enough to the train station, but quiet as there is a rice paddy on one side.

It was a little bit far from the city centre, however it was still reachable by motorbike (15 min drive).

Clean and comfortable rooms. Very peaceful environment. The guest house is also situated in a quiet road and the breakfast is good.

Beautiful guest bungalow, with original features and ample space. We had the family room with 2 double beds, and both beds were normal european king-size big enough for adults. Lovely breakfast prepared on our request. Most importantly, it was a peaceful heaven in the crazy city of yogyakarta. Highly recommend for an authentic stay.

Too short in my vacation. So sad.

Friendly staff. Cheap price with very large room. Location very startegic, very near to malioboro and other facility or market. Easy to get or buy meals and gift. In the morning you get fried banana. If possible must come again with better preparation and longer vacation. Thank you very much.

While the booking does say that breakfast is not included, it was kind of assumed by the owners that we'll just have breakfast there and pay. We'd love to have had more of a choice. We personally are a little bit against having birds in cages and the dog on a chain outside. This is a personal preference. The bathroom itself was ok, it needed some modernisation I think though.

Right in the middle of Yogyakarta and a very lovely place. the staff were really nice. Even when we needed to keep the bags inside their house after checkout, they were happy to oblige. It was very easy to get around from their house and having Grab available made life a lot easier too. The breakfast tasted great and they made a lovely effort to keep the food bug-free, which worked! We also do a very regular bed bug check at each hotel we visit, and it didn't have any. It also had good internet speeds

A bit far away from sights but the Grab price is not expensive to get there so not a big deal (also try Panties Pizza walkable to the property, so good!).

We loved our stay at the property! The staff and owner were all very friendly and accommodating. Style/decoration of the room was nice too. We especially liked having a little patio to sit out on.
