You will see some mosquitoes and some bugs around there, but that's pretty normal as it is everywhere. But still, they provide mosquitoes spray and coil to get rid of them.

We stayed here for 4 nights, and everything was absolutely amazing at the villa. A couple of restaurants are inside there which you can order food from your room and they will bring in the room, free shuttle service to ubud centre is another plus point. We had a really good time there. Would love to recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit ubud in the coming days. The manager Mr. Ketut was very friendly and very helpful. It’s our second time staying in Nefatari about a year apart. Staff is wonderful and has a relaxed atmosphere. Large villa room with comfortable bed. Private walled garden with own pool.

We booked a one-bedroom villa with an extra bed. The villa was large and perfectly clean. Villa had an outdoor bathroom surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants, which was so nice! The terrace was perfect - a large area for having a rest (table with chairs, sofa + 2 sun beds). The staff was very nice and polite. fluently speaking English. Helpful at any time. If you book the accommodation for 4 nights min, they provide a free shuttle service from the airport to Nefatari villas. The pool was stunning, with flowers around and night lights on, was clean and nice to swim in. The whole area is amazing with the beautiful greenery, You can feel Balinese style everywhere. Wifi, air-conditioning, and fans - were working perfectly. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed every single day. Accommodation is just a few minutes drive from central Ubud. Accommodation provides a free shuttle service to Ubud which is an outstanding service provided to the customers. Once you are in Ubud, you send the message via WhatsApp and they will come to pick you up. Breakfast was perfect, large variety of food to choose from. Breakfast can be served in your villa if you request so and can be served prior to 7.00 am if you ask them. No problem at all. The accommodation has a small restaurant, where you can order a lunch or dinner as well. I found this very handy due to children travelling with me who were always hungry. However, there are also some very nice restaurants next to the door, across the street with a view of rice fields. Mosquitoes sticks are provided to the villa every single day...so no mosquitoes on the terrace or in the bathroom. The area is calm and safe, with no traffic around. I highly recommend this villa for a stay. Everything was perfect and once we are in Ubud, we will choose this accommodation again.

It is a beautiful property built in the traditional Balinese style. Our villa, one of 6 or more on the property, and its lovely private walled garden with pool were a perfect antidote to the traffic of central Ubud. The daily housekeeping and room service was amazing. If you didn’t want to, you would never have to leave your villa. The staff are exceptionally kind and considerate, and gave the impression that it was their pleasure to look after you …. it all was just wonderful. We used the transport a few times to go elsewhere for dinner and to go to the airport, and it all worked like a charm. We were sad to have to leave Nefatari Villas. Thank you to Ketut and his team.

Big rooms and big bathrooms overlooking a big beautiful pool. Gardens were also beautiful. It was very comfortable. The staff absolutely make this place. They would do anything for you. Free shuttle into town was great. Food for breakfast was delicious, and we looked forward to it every morning. Terima kasih 🙏

The villa was really comfortable with 2 bedrooms. Loved having breakfast down at the room. Room service was very affordable. The bathrooms were really beautiful. Mosquito repellents were brought in to the bathrooms each night. The shuttle bus into town was well used by us.

I’m truly grateful to Nefatari for honoring my request for an extra bed and a late checkout, which was especially helpful since our flight was at midnight. We also arrived early before check-in, but the staff took great care of us, storing our luggage and arranging their complimentary shuttle to take us to Ubud city center to explore while our room was being prepared. The room itself was stunning, designed in a beautiful Balinese style with a massive, comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. The semi-outdoor bathroom was gorgeous, with reliable hot water and thoughtful amenities. The private pool was the perfect size, and my son enjoyed it every single day of our stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which could be served right in the villa—a wonderful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. The complimentary shuttle service to Ubud city center and the airport was also a fantastic bonus. Thank you, Nefatari, for a truly lovely and memorable stay!

The only issue we had is the phone in the villa would sometimes not work (generally after it rained). So we often ate at their restaurant area rather than our room. Which was no worry for us as we loved the food.

The staff are really lovely and will try to help you whenever you need. We loved most of the food options and the convenience of room service for a low price. We also loved that breakfast and afternoon tea which involved fried banana was included in the price. The courtesy shuttle was also fantastic they managed to find us in a wave of traffic while we were waiting in Ubud.

The best stay in Bali. The private pool villa is absolutely stunning. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were very nice and equiped. The breakfast was great. The even serve it in our villa. The pool was great and the area outside was also nice. The staffs were extremely helpful.

Wifi connection can be patchy, may not reach each corner of the villa. At the last night, wifi was completely down from 11pm until we checked out the next day.

Wonderful large breakfast items you can add for breakfast which is included and delivered to your villa. Fantastic quality villa. Smaller menu selection for lunch or dinner but food was excellent and very cheap here, so great if you want to stay in-again this is delivered to your villa. Housekeeping excellent- they clean the room while you are out and you come back to a perfectly tidy and cool villa, and a maintained pool. Excellent spa cantika zest across the road that does very cheap and excellent treatments including flower baths and wonderful facials with all organic products..it looks out over forest. At the villa there is a driver that can take you into town and back up to three times a day if needed for free in an airconditioned van, very easy.

We loved everything. The villas are fit for royalty. They were clean and luxurious. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. Ketut and the team made our stay even better than we could have imagined. I highly recommend Nefatari.

We stayed at Nefatari for 5 nights. It was our first trip to Bali and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Firstly, we want to give a special shout-out to the staff at Nefatari. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where there have been more accommodating staff. We got picked up from the airport late at night free of charge by one of the staff at the villa, Ari. Ari was incredibly friendly and gave us plenty of great advice about our plans for the trip. During our stay at Nefatari, we also used the free shuttle to central Ubud. We were driven around by Putu, one of the staff at Nefatari and he was also incredibly nice. The food at Nefatari was also very nice and really reasonably priced. Overall, Nefatari made our stay in Ubud very memorable and we want to thank all the staff at the villa for the service they gave us during our stay. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for accomodation in the area.
