We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndonesiaThe bed sheet has so many dark stain. The wall also has some kind of skid mark, or black stains. The condition of the room is not great, the door frame has scratches and damages, some of the ceiling is damaged too. The shower doesn't have door, so water is sprayed all over the bathroom. The AC unit is not centralized, they use split AC unit and it's very slow to cool down the room. I ordered extra bed, and they gave me an extra bed with ripped and scratched frame. Breakfast coffee is really bad, but they have paid coffee, so I ordered it, and it taste bad.
The staffs are polite and they provide mineral water dispenser on the corridor. The room staff is friendly and polite too. Room doesn't have weird smell. The breakfast is not bad, taste is acceptable and the guava juice is delicious.
