ThailandThere were no air-conditioner in the lobby. The room is clean but a little bit old. I travelled with a group. Some room smells so bad. In the room I stayed the air-conditioner is so loud and almost broken and I felt there were a lot of humidity.
My first impression.The exterior of building looks new. Staff were are polite.

SingaporeWe had to bring up and down to the room our own luggage . The security didn’t help to stop the traffic when we were exiting from hotel at 0700hrs as we had to wait for a long time to exit out - hope this 2 issue can be solved .
The breakfast was great and starts at 0600hrs.the local made wine(non alcohol that can be purchase at the check in counter and taste great kept me warm all night long .
