The location isn't great. Everything is at least 25 minutes away. If you can drive a scooter, no problem as they rent them at the property.

I highly recommend staying at this property. The staff went above and beyond to organise personalised tours for us. They would always check on us to see if we needed anything. Wayun, in particular, is amazing. On our date of departure, the driver we booked didn't make it due to a traffic jam. So he arranged 4 scooters to take us to the ferry. Two scooters had our bags strapped on to them and then we hopped on the back if the other 2 scooters and we made our ferry. He was reluctant to accept payment. The Warun at the property makes the best Nasi Goreng I have ever had!

The property was absolutely stunning, and the staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Good location for visiting tourist attractions, however, it is far from commercial areas such as beach clubs and a variety of non-Balinese restaurant options.

If we had to pick, the hut we stayed in was up some very high and steep stairs which wasn’t always fun in the rain but props to the staff who manage even with carrying our huge and heavy bags! You 100% need a bike to get around as everywhere is around a half an hour car journey away, but I believe this might be the case for most accommodations in Penida. The bathroom could do with updating as it felt a little tired and used.

The staff were absolutely lovely! We never got the name of the older gentleman who was so kind and lovely to us and seemed like he genuinely cared but thank you. He made our stay what it was. The place has a lovely feel to it - a home away from home. They even had a hot tea prepared for us after a rainy day around Penida! The food was also very good and so handy to have a Warung at the property!

Wi-Fi wasn’t work. Lot of lizards and worms was going into the room al the time.

NG Sweet Home exceeded all my expectations. The hospitality was absolutely incredible - the staff made me feel like family, calling every guest by name and going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. Everything was impeccably clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The pool was beautiful, with stunning views that made every moment feel serene. I loved the little touches, like being greeted with an umbrella and hot tea when it rained or refreshing drinks and fresh fruits from their garden on sunny days. The breakfasts were delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home

Had a pleasant experience, with very helpful and responsive staff. The food was also great and treated with welcome drink everyday. They help you with renting bikes and arranging cabs if required. The rooms are clean and infinity pool is nice too. Highly recommended as it's value for money paid.

Nothing to complain! Everything was amazing.

We loved our stay at NG Sweet home, the bungalows were really very cute, well-maintained, and clean, and we enjoyed the pool. But the best part of this accommodation was the staff, they were truly so friendly and helpful in renting us scooter and providing information, and spoilt us so much with fruit juices and fresh coconuts. Breakfast was great too! The location was also quite good, it's somewhat in between the main sights, but a bit outside the busiest part of the island. Overall a really wonderful stay. Suksma banyak!

It’s very far from the city and the road is narrow and not well mentioned, hence not super safe, especially at night. Water in the pool is super cold.
