The pool restaurant is not great. The facility with the spa, bowling, etc looks old and sad. However the other beach spa is nice. The réveillon party: they tried their best but definitely it doesn’t worth the money. Food was good, but the program was not. Around 8:30 the open bar was over and we still have a long way to midnight. Everything could start later.

The resort is huge, with 2 beautiful beaches. The room is very spacious and comfortable. I stayed in the suite with the ocean view and balcony. The swimming pool is great and the transition to the beach is beautiful. Some things is old fashioned, but if you can leave with that, it is a great option.

Few minor things. Aircon was very loud somehow, even when it is off. But the biggest disappointment is the sea side. The beach is beautiful but the level plastic pollution is very disturbing. Hotel is trying its best and the cleaners are around whole day, but sea keeps bringing more garbage. I understand that it is global problem and hotel cannot fix it, but it is sad to see and unfortunately because of that was not possible to swim in the sea. Which is pity, the water was very warm.

The hotel is very nice with lots of restaurants and activities on site, I was worried that we will be bored in 4 days, but not at all! Was barely enough just to see major things and lots more left to explore. The pool is amazing, it is beautiful and very conveniently divided into different zones so you always find quiet areas when needed. Sun beds are very comfy. Food in restaurants is very good and ice-cream is delicious. The room was very spacious (even though we had just a standard room) with beautiful garden view and nice wooded décor.

The facilities are extremely old and outdated. The walls were damp, and even the windows were wet and foggy. The food was tasty, but there was not enough variety during breakfast.

All the staff were very polite. They were very accommodating to all our needs and so helpful.

mattress of the suite could be better, if this is a top room. I felt it to be pretty hard. Lights are too white, and no bedside table lights, different from the executive bedroom where my children stayed. and wifi is a big issue all around the hotel, we had to use our roaming.

the complex is very big, and it was nice to discover the surrounding beaches besides the one in front of the resort. Staff were great, restaurants could have more variety within their menu, location is excellent and very good deal, in general for families with kids. Beautiful place.

Hotel room floor felt a bit dusty upon check-in and could do with a light mop. Swimming pool floor also could do with a bit more cleaning.

The hotel is dated and could use a face lift, but still decent overall. Staff are all friendly and helpful, and there's plenty of things to do with kids around the hotel (bowling, kids club, airsoft, batik painting, swimming etc). Food at the kelong is delicious. Food at breakfast buffet and Dino Bistro is decent but can be better in terms of variety and flavours.

The maintenance work started Monday when majory of people left, I know it needs to be done, but cutting grass all day is a bit too much for anyone..the pool bar was only open once in 5 days stay, sad really. Prices for food and drinks are above Singapore cost and phone signal is not strong enough ( WiFi works well but I needed secured network for few days work)

Th weather wasn't great ( not the resort's fault) but since it's apparently 1.5 hours from the town, there isn't much else to do. The beach was fantastic, super clean water, swimming pool great as well. All 3 restaurants were great and Calypso and the barman was the best fun! I would like to say a special thank you to Nanang who went above and beyond to help me out. All the other staff were super friendly and helpful too.

(1) The resort facilities need to be upgraded ie renovations needed. (2) Breakfast can be improved.

(1) The overall layout of the resort is excellent i.e. well designed and in close proximity to beach. (2) The staff are polite and well trained.

Prices were too high even by resort standards. Maybe thats why it was quiet when we were there.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Quiet surroundings with less people around. All other areas although quiet, were kept open and manned.

The property could do with being renovated it seemed a little dated and tired. We had an AC leak in our room but they did move us to another which was fine.

It was out of season so it was very peaceful. The beach was amazing
