The food let me down this visit, our fourth time here. Most of the kids meals are served in a bread roll, including mac & cheese and chicken nuggets.

We stayed 7 nights and had a great time, we will definitely be back. The staff were very friendly and arranged activities as requested. The location is where you want to be, overlooking the ocean and surf breaks straight out the front 🤙 Breakfast was included everyday and cooked to order, was delicious 😋 Overall this place is great value for money, great staff and great location.

The rain came under the door and through the light fitting in the night during the storm. When I showed staff the next morning they said they would fix but I’m not sure it was. There was no offer to move rooms or compensation. I stayed 5 nights.

The upstairs rooms are difficult to access if you have mobility issues

The pillows were too hard and high. The stairs were quite steep to get to our room The beach was hard to walk on with the rough sand and coral.

Early check out created some difficulties for us.

The location is the up and the down of the property - it is difficult to find it from the street but once you do, it is amazing - right at the beach. The rooms were pretty basic but clean and with great AC. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Minor things like the maintenance of the rooms could use some tlc, towels and sheets had some stains and while staff were very friendly they were a little slow to take orders

There is no one to help with your luggage from the drop off on the main road. The entrance to the hotel is down an alley which gets more ugly the further you go with rubbish left all over the place. It's been like that for several years now, during which time the room price has gone up a lot. The music in the restaurant/bar area during the day and at sunset is much too loud and not relaxing . I went next door to Mega Cottages for my sunset beers.

The location is right on the beach. We had room 206, which is a renovated upstairs room. It had a good shower and power sockets in sensible and usable locations for charging mobiles etc. Good Aircon, nice bed and clean linen. Nice garden. Friendly other guests.

Really enjoyed the location being that you wake up and your feet are in the sand at breakfast. Amazing spot for sunsets. Massage facilities are amazing. Only AU$18 p/h. To get to the hotel is a little off the beaten track off main road.....but they all are. Excellent facility though. Hired scooter from hotel and staff helped us with transfers and bookings for everything we wanted to do. Pool was quite small but did the job. Down side......mattresses were hard as a rock but rooms were cleaned daily and staff were beautiful. Overall 9/10. Very happy travellers x

Air con stopped working and toilet was leaking - but fixed promptly. Bathrooms really need an upgrade.

Was travelling with a baby so the entrance is a little far from the main road but ok. The guys kept closing the entry gate at 10 pm so was a hassle getting that opened once. But overall staff were very good

The property is nice, view is spectacular and good location for this area. However the staff is top. Family spot, tons of families wand the pool inside seemed heated which is perfect for infants.

Beach front hotel and the fact that you can sit on the beach for meals from their restaurant. Staff helped us a lot - organised snorkeling with Captain Blank (they grabbed us after we finished having breakfast and was very easy), scooter rental and ferry back to the mainland with taxi service to the ferry.

This didn’t bother me and the property didn’t really have any negatives but if I had to mention something it would be that the bathroom sometimes had a moist smell but that’s expected for Indonesian style bathroom and tropics.

Direct access to the beach. Clean rooms, family rooms had enough space for a family of 5. Cold a/c. Excellent friendly approachable staff. Able to help organise tours / transport. Food great if not wanting to venture out. Lots of places to eat close by. Location is excellent.

The laneway to get to the hotel was a bit hard with luggage and at night when walking to dinner not lit very well. The bathroom in the room needs an update.

The staff were great, onsite restaurant food clean and fresh and staff very friendly and helpful. Location right on the beach was perfect. Pool was cold and clean. Our triple room was big and aircon was cold which was great!
