The wifi wasn’t great and the power went out a few times, but the staff was very helpful. The location is a bit far from everything so you probably will need to rent a scooter or hire a driver.

The waves crashing up against the cliffs were beautiful. The restaurant was delicious with live music. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful.

lack of communication , i wanted to give them a call , but the number shown does not respond. i felt as if i have booked a hotel who does not communicate at all & lastly food was just decent , even that needs improvement

The view itself is just too good . You sit immediately next to the shore & witness the ocean & the sound of the waves. The room size is pretty big, all the basics are clearly met. Staff is quite friendly , service is great

The couch was very dirty with stains and the bathroom had leaking walls and hair on the wall. The location is okay, there is nothing much to do around the place.

quite a bit secluded. example…..5 minute walk to the store which I didn’t mind , even though they offered to drive me on their scooter. not a party place however that worked for us.

very safe and nice .stayed a total of 8 days. most of the staff spoke some English so it easy enough to communicate. this is very much a family tree business. went out of their way to see we had day trips taken care of. scooter and cars available at the hotel. Their food was good.I’ll try most things once,and in a week I didn’t have a a bad meal ,nor any health problems.I would come back again.

Bathroom could be more well maintained. There was slight water logging in the shower but it didn't matter much.

View was just amazing. The room faces the sea and best spot to see sunrise. It's the view which we often dream about. This is on the silent side of the island and can be a little far from all prime beaches but still worth it They even have scooter rentals. They will also arrange pickup and drop from the harbor. The restaurant is pretry famous and great sea food. They even have live music on certain days. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Amazing view and staffs, the food in their restaurant is one of the best in bali/nusa penida, the bathroom needs little work but the staff covers for all the shortcomings, they are very courteous and go beyond the expectation, they helped arranging a surprise for my wife too.

COVID and bad weather has meant some outside faculties are in need of some repair. But I am sure once business picks up that will be fixed. Remember you are on a small island so be prepared for some items not being available some days.

Beautiful huge room with comfy bed. The view from room was amazing overlooking the ocean Staff were very kind and great service with big smiles...nothing was too hard for them. And lady owner/manager is very caring of her guests. The restaurant had amazing views and the food was delicious with an ample breakfast. I like how the business is trying to keep waste down by giving us coffee in a small jar in the room..not in little packets. I would recommend for couples who want to get away from the noise and hustle.
