Great value close to the airport, free 10 min shuttle bus in both directions to and from the airport. Good selection at the buffet breakfast starting very early and the room was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for an airport layover.

We didn’t spend too long here unfortunately (our flight was delayed and arrived late and our next flight early the next day) but comfy clean room and bed. Toiletries provided in bathroom and a bottle of drinking water too. Great pick up/drop off service (included) to the airport. Breakfast provided (didn’t get to sample much as we were in a rush but grabbed a couple of pastries which were nice).

Very close to airport and the free shuttle service is very efficient. Good buffet breakfast included in tariff and staff are always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times and will do so again.

Morning breakfast provided by the hotel should have both locals and western menus of more choices. Should serve hot Ramly burgers and fries or steaks with mash potatoes.

Free shuttle service from Hotel ferry to the Airport within the shortest time about less than 20mins. Just a walking distance to the minimart. The in-house having varieties of local foods and drinks menus to offerand to be send to ur doorsteps at an affordable price.

We dined in the restaurant in the evening, the food wasn't great, much of it prepared earlier then just microwaved... you could see how the water seeped out of the veg and was just left pooling on top of the congealed sauce. I can understand why food needs to be reheated when the kitchen/restaurant operates 24/7, but if something contains a sauce, it should be reheated by briefly stir-frying in a pan/wok before plating again to ensure that the sauce hasn't all separated out. However, in the same restaurant, we had breakfast the following morning and it was fantastic... so the breakfast proves they have great chefs and service staff, just should consider improvement for the food served in the non-business hours of the day... considering serving only dishes that don't have a sauce, such as mie goreng which would be fine to reheat, or broths such as soto ayam that can be kept hot and served as if it was prepared fresh. The Wi-Fi in the room wasn't great, but the staff gave me the password to the lobby wifi which was much better.

Only stayed one night to take a break before the final leg of our trip from Ireland to Semarang. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly, rooms comfortable, breakfast was included and was excellent. Free shuttle back to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

The airco was too noisy and is up for replacement. The breakfast didn’t have much non indonesian options (but it’s not a complaint, just an observation for the non indonesian people).

The room is very spacious and the bed super comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. The shuttle service to/from the airport is a big plus and all is coordinated via wapp. Would definitely recommend this hotel when having a layover in Jakarta. The restaurant is open 24h and there’s plenty of choices! Breakfast starts at 2:30h.

The location was great for my needs: Close to the airport. I just needed a place to sleep for one night as I was in transit. It was close the hotel. The shuttle service was great. There was a breakfast buffet in the morning that starts super early so you can have a little something before an early morning flight. Definitely would stay if only one night and in transit.

I wouldn't stay here if you are visiting Jakarta ut it's an excellent place for a lay over if your transferring flights.

Great communication Easy airport pick up, and check in, even in the middle of the night. The breakfast was very tasty and started at 2:30am so you can eat before your very early flight or if you arrive late at night (like I did) Huge and comfy bed Quiet room Very good value for money

When you want to reach the hotel, it was kind of driving around the hotel's area for like 2 km, as it is a one way street and you have to drive around the hotel's area for like 2 km. The bed sheet could be cleaner and the bathroom was a bit smelly when I checked in The noise from other room in the morning which was in renovation process. They should located my room away from the renovated rooms as the hotel was not fully occupied

The Airconditioning system needs periodically check and servicing especially to the individual room. It's not cold enough even though it's monitor showed 17 Degrees Celsius.

They have the airport shuttle service down to a science in both directions. Shuttles back to the airport start very early and leave once an hour.

Breakfast was very good and available early in the morning. The pick up by the hotel bus from the airport to the hotel went very smooth with thanks to the perfect service from the driver Davi. He responded quickly on the whatsapp messages. and provided pictures of the pick up area at the East Lobby. The room was basic but clean and that is most important.
