Such a beautiful hotel and service. The rooms are spacious and modern, and get cleaned daily. Chill pool area and lot of sun beds to enjoy your day on. The staff takes well care of you and are always there to help with anything. Also a great restaurant with possibility for room service and beverages by the pool. Couldn’t recommend more, we ended up extending our stay because we really enjoyed that atmosphere at Origin Lombok. Also easy connections to the beaches and Kuta centrum with a scooter which you can rent from the reception.

Nothing it was all perfect!

Staff are so friendly and helpful, beautiful pool and spa. We had a free 15 min welcome massage, a free welcome drink and the breakfast was delicious. The room was lovely and clean!

Really great location, stylish resort, not too big or too small. Beautiful landscaping and pool area. A very addictive spa (thank you Suni). Room was really nice and comfortable. Good breakfast and restaurant. But best of all were the staff. So friendly, helpful and attentive. Each member of staff takes the time to get to know you and greet you. Would love to have stayed longer.

We loved our stay at the Origin Lombok very much! Very nice and spacious rooms with a big terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. The staff was just wonderful - especially with our little baby. Very helpful, kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast with a variety to choose from and good coffee :) We will be back when visiting Lombok again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Orgin Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable – great for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a good variety of options. The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but that made it even better – the atmosphere was calm, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. The pool area was also a nice spot to relax. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Lombok!

Even though the location was perfect for us, we had to rent a scooter to go anywhere - this did not affect us to much but letting other guests aware that they will either have to rent a scooter or rely on taxis. The dinner menu was great, however, they only had about half of their wine list and all expensive bottles (maybe we just got unlucky there with guests before us drinking them dry). The breakfast al a carte menu leaves a lot of be desired - we ended up just having the buffet which was alright.

The property had amazing rooms and spa, was off the beaten track which was a plus because in the evenings the place was tranquil (and all the wildlife came out which we loved but might not be for everyone). The pool area was great and we travelled as a couple but they also had a few families stay there and it seemed perfect for them. The dinner menu was good, and we are sad we did not get to stay for the BBQ (please note that this only runs on Wednesday and Saturday).

the road leading up to the hotel was quite dark, bumpy, and in poor condition. In fact, most of Kuta’s roads were quite dark, with very few streetlights. The central area was lively and well-lit, but outside of that, it got really dark at night. And Since the hotel has an open, outdoor concept, there were quite a few insects and small animals around. But they didn’t really bother me since they stayed outside and never got into the room.

had a great stay at Origin Lombok! The best part of the hotel was definitely the staff—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The pools were beautiful (only had the chance to swim once) Breakfast was decent—there weren’t too many options at the buffet, and it got a bit repetitive, but it was good enough for me. they also had an à la carte menu included, and their smoothie bowl was my favorite! They also had a weekly BBQ dinner (which you have to pay for) with live music. We didn’t get the BBQ, but we stayed to enjoy the performance.

The road to.the hotel...destroyed my back with the scooter...the last 100 meters are horrible. Breakfast can be way better and also coffee selection. Room is bit outdated...towels..bed...matress

Everything was amazing!

The room and view onto the pool were beautiful. The gardens throughout the whole property really set the mood for a tropical holiday. The spa was only a few steps away from our room and we had a few massages that were absolutely amazing. Hadijau and Sany at the spa were so helpful and accommodating. The food and drinks were delicious, tasty and so well presented! Above all the staff were outstanding! There were so many helpful and smiling faces that I couldn’t name them all but Ani really took care of us along with every staff member over our stay. Our daughter had the most incredible holiday thanks to these amazing people.

The place is beautiful and clean. The pool area is amazing, lots of plants around and a lot of sun beds. The crew was absolutely fabulous, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. you must have a vehicle to travel around

the staff was lovely (sorry I forgot their names, rony, karina, ...!) taking care of our son with pleasure the food was super good too! from generous breakfast to healthy bowls. the hotel is wide so plenty of space for kid to play around. and super quiet. the bedroom was spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated.

I enjoyed my stay at origin. Very nice hotel and very nice commodities. The staff was very nice and as a solo traveler they were nice to accompany me from playing pool with Medy, to talk foodball with Ilham. I enjoyed my stay a lot and would recommend the hotel to other guests planning on staying on Lombok for their vacation.

There are some improvements being done in the hotel which make some areas more dirty, but not noisy. Unfortunately, there are no toys or special facilities for children, and we are travelling with our daughter, so she was missing it.

The staff is just incredible, specially Ani, which was taking so much care of us that help us in arranging every detail. For my work it was an excellent option, and the internet connection was really incredible, being able to work at any time. Nice pool, great room and delicious breakfast with many options. The massage was really incredible too. It was the best sleep during our stay for 1 month in Lombok.

Everything was wonderfull!

We have spent two weeks at Origin and we had such an amazing time! The staff was just incredible, they were so kind and welcoming. They were always there to help out, shared stories about their lives and were very sweet with our little daughter. It's a very peaceful resort, but if want you can definitely meet people. It's a bit further away from Kuta town, but will only take you 10 minutes on a very decent road. We can only recommend this resort and would like to thank all staff members and especially Medy, Any, Adi, Ira & D, for everything. We already miss you!
