I was looking forward to the family pool and the slides from the photos but the slides were not great. The large slide was very bumpy and hurt your back, and the depth of the pool was lower than expected, so you dont want to stay in the water for long. What I thought would be a big day of fun waterslides with my son resulted in less than an hour and being over it. Thankfully there is also the lagoon pool and main pool where the pools were deeper.

The service and food options were amazing, and the resort was very central to everything. Shops and restaurants/pubs right outside the resort on the main street, the beach was just outside the hotel and an ATM was at the entrance. We had a late flight (11pm) so they offered us the use of their departure lounge which had a lounge and tea/coffee facilities, shower, sauna & steam room as it is connected to the gym. We ended up paying another half day to get a room until 7pm which was handy. They were very accommodating.

Aircon in rooms. Flyscreen on door to balcony would be fab so that you can turn the aircon off and sleep with door open if you like. Constinuous aircon for four nights makes you feel a bit rubbish.

Breakfast was amazing, the staff were all so welcoming for our first visit. We unfortunately had to cut our visit short and didn’t get to experience the utilities fully as I ended up unwell due to some ongoing neurology issues but we will absolutely be back again and thank everyone for their suppose throughout. My husband and I thank you.

Loved it all. Great cocktail list and happy hour was a huge attraction for us as good value.staff where all.amazing and couldn't be any more friendly and kind and welcoming. They made.you feel.special. airconditooningnin rooms was exceptional and a great place to retreat from the heat and humidity. Food 10/10. Spa service amazing. Italian dinner 10/10. Abundance of pools and swim up bars was justnwhat we wanted and the guys.cleaning the leaves out of the pool did amazing. Easy assess to the beach and the streets and other eatery was the best. The deli selection of cakes and they tasted so good. The beds were so.somfy. late checkout at 1pm was much appreciated and then to be able.to use the departure.lounge and facilities was fabulous as we.didnt fly home till midnight so this eas the best. Loved the welcoming frangipani and Koi fish feeding. Loved it all

The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve have slept on loved them . The staff were outstanding every single staff member greeted you as you walked by felt . There was a lady at the cafe at the front that blew my mind I went there to order the night before when I came back the next night she said hello madam your room number ..and you like and listed what I ordered the night before outstanding service .

We did find the mattress a little on the firm side but that is personal preference. Also the fridge could of been a bit bigger and colder as we like our drinks to be icy cold. We were offered an upgrade at an extra cost which we would have loved but the extra $$$ would have been out of our budget.

The breakfast that was included in our room tariff was exceptional. Everything you could want from a buffet breakfast. Beautiful manicured gardens every where. The staff were very friendly and looked after us so well. Our room which was a balcony room overlooking the gardens was spacious and comfortable.
