We stayed just seven hours at the hotel before our flight. Restaurant and pool area were excellent. We rested before long flights back home.

The pillows had black mold on them and the mattress was ripped the bedding had holes in it and was very discoloured, we complained but they acted like they didn’t understand

Some rooms more updated than others. There were no PowerPoints in usable places in my room, I had to unplug the fridge and charge my phone with that switch. Friends stayed in a 2 other rooms next door which had more modern furnishings and more PowerPoints.

Hotel is located in a quiet area, walking distance to a shopping centre with grocery store.

Doors are outfitted with flimsy "push-button" doorknobs from a previous century. Guests are told to leave valuables in a safety box behind the reception desk since safety deposit boxes are not provided in the rooms. The hexagonal shape of the pool is very nice, but during high-season it will certainly get crowded with guests swimming in many different directions.

It takes only 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which unfortunately is strewn daily with flotsam and other plastic litter. The hexagonal pool has a depth of 1.5 to 2.0 metres. Sufficient shade from trees while reclining by the pool. Room cleaning staff are both courteous and creative with their towel artistry. Decent restaurants in the vicinity and next to the hotel pool.

Room facilities were disappointing. Hot water kettle provided but no coffee, tea etc Bathroom sink does not have hot water. Tap only turned to cold and no plug to hold water on sink

Although the bedsheets were clean, there was stains on them. If you ignore them it’s fine because they were clean and crisp. Similar with the towels, clean but had a bit of a burnt smell.

Lovely pool and restaurant. Beach towels provided for pool use. When i had a late plane they let me check out and leave my bag in the lobby and still use the facilities! Lovely cocktails and mocktails!

Lack of Pool towels, every day. No pool towel in room on check-in and almost impossible to get one at all during the stay.

Sensitive sleepers may find the noisy fridge disruptive to sleep There was also no hand wash in bathroom so had to use shower gel

Great for when you need a place to get rest and recover from jet lag at a cheap cost Room service meals were great and arrived quickly (I ordered a spaghetti dish and watermelon juice) and breakfast food though variety was limited was very tasty Nice balcony overlooking the pool Staff were very friendly and helpful

Pool towels (never enough or available) maybe have a towel assigned to your room when you check in. Or a sign out book so you know who has them! Was disappointing no towels available most of the time!

Shower was cool and didn’t really heat up past lukewarm. But it’s okay as Bali is very hot and humid in monsoon season.

Friday night live music was very popular and entertaining. Pool area lovely and beds clean and comfortable. Nice aircon in room to keep cool in wet season.

Booked groundfloor unit Where given 1st floor unit (had double knee replacement (2 years plus)) and staircase was painful. When booking in the male Reception clerk was non helpful ( a flat NO ROOM) Subsequently the day staff tried to help but we were unpacked.

Breakfast limited but good value - no fuss. Spouse enjoyed SPA
