We were with our young daughter so we were confined to their restaurant as we didn’t have a scooter to go to other warungs in the area. The food they served was excellent except it would have been nice to have a bit of variation. But this was honestly a non issue.

Beautiful place looking out over the palms. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculate and there was a lot of attention to detail.

Sometimes the staff was a little bit uninterested and phlegmatic. Not very good at giving recommendations either.

What stood out was the exceptionally long swimming pool, very suitable for swimming lanes. Also the rooms are very tasteful and modern, and the view from the terrace is great. Restaurant was surprisingly good.

Some issue with food (probably an accident though) and I would have liked more clarity on the contact numbers. In particular, when part of the order is missing can be communicated directly in WhatsApp instead of giving the info once the food is delivered.

Almost everything, a clean and cool room with an opening directly on the pool area. An amazing view and the quietest place! People were kind and they have a great bike rental service, very useful to move in this area.

It's just great. The food is luxurious, rooms (more houses actually) are comfortable and spacious, the personnel are very friendly and helpful, the view - gorgeous. One of the best hotels for me.

The first night we stayed, my husband got bitten by a giant centipede in the master bedroom. It was really big and brown one, quite painful experience for him... It's not really the fault of the villa as probably it escaped and entred the villa from the forest around it. We told the hotel staff and they were helpful enough to get rid of it straight away. Now we think it was also a part of our holiday memory but be aware and also take note that there is no clinics nor hospital in the area.

They served a wonderful breakfast which all my family enjoyed it. We tried dinner once in the hotel restaurant which was also great. We stayed 2 nights, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with good view. The location of the villa is in the middle of nowhere so I recommend you to check and plan your activities beforehand. It's quiet and great escape kind of place from city life, you can enjoy pool and cozy time with family.

One of the wastafel was leaking, we stay for 3 days and they happened to know it on our 2nd day morning, still not fix it until we checked out.

Almost everything, the staffs are friendly, the food is amazing, and the facilities are so good for the price. Love this place and will definitely come back!

It was the best hotel we have stayed in Bali. We had only one night but we liked it so much we cancelled amother hotel and stayed for 2 nights but we would gladly make it 2 weeks. First of all the views are just spectacular, pool is big, there are enough beds near it and it is comfortable. Villas are really modern, spacious and interior is great. Super large and comfy bed, shower has really great shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that smells divine. Food in the restaurant was the best we had anywhere in Bali. I had many special requests and all of them were fulfilled. The space is open so there are way less insects than in any other place we stayed in. They offer every service you need for the best price. We used laundry service - our clothes came back fresh and ironed. Massage service - great. Scooter rental - great. If we come back to Bali it will be here for sure.

We loved our stay at Palmterrace, so much so that we almost braved a 3 hour scooter ride to return! The whole property is beautifully designed. The rooms are large and very clean with a comfortable bed. We loved the bathroom with the option for a bath, indoor or outdoor shower. The seating area in the rooms overlooking the pool is a lovely spot for breakfast. Food (breakfast/dinner) can be served in your room, or in the restaurant. Staff were incredible, friendly and kind. It was my birthday and they arranged a birthday cake, brought it to my room singing happy birthday! Food was delicious. We enjoyed everything at the restaurant. Honestly, there was nothing to fault. We stayed for 2 nights and visited the local sights; Pura Lempuyang, Tirta Gangga, Taman Ujung, Bukit Cinta.

It was a wonderful stay with a comfortable room and spectacular views. The location is a bit remote, but is a great option if someone wants to relax in the hilly regions of bali away from the hustle and bustle. The menu is limited, but whatever we ordered tasted good. Absolutely amazing stay in a beautiful hotel that has everything! Gorgeous views and you can see Mount Agung and Lempuyang temple on a clear day (lovely to sit on the hammock and watch Mount Agung in the early morning). Staff were very kind and helpful and the food amazing! Also the driver Coco was incredibly friendly and excellent at showing us around the local area. Rooms and pool always clean and well maintained.
