They were calling to the room a bit too much, some of the staff didn’t really know what they were doing. no plates, or glasses in the room

Room was very nice, loft style and dark, had a long good sleep there. trainee in the reception was very good! breakfast was not included, but could purchase it separately from the restaurant in the morning with very reasonable price. also small gym was a plus.

There was no utensils in the kitchen so you can’t cook even having a oven

Unfortunately we did have a leak upstairs in the bathroom ( which was fixed once we asked which is awesome) we also had tons of ants on our kitchen top and counter, we also had worms come up the toilet and sit in the bowl, the lighting the bottom of the room isn’t to great it’s quite dark at times other then that there isn’t anything else

When checking out we were delayed as house keeping needed to go and check the room. Due to an unavoidable small mark, we had were then greeted with a bill which equated to more than our stay. The receptionist then asked to take a picture of my card in order to process the payment to which we declined and insisted on us using chip and pin.

Our stay at the hotel was good and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The pool was amazing and the facilities were good. The staff at the bars couldn’t do enough to help and make our stay fantastic. The hotel is a little out of the way from places so bare that in mind when booking.

The suite which is a real small appartement has everything that you need. Everything is really clean and modern. The shared areas with the restaurant, bar and pool and amazing and made for you to relax.

The location doesn't really give many dining options nearby. Everyone seems to use rented scooters or Gojek hire.

All was good, however older customers just need to take note that these are loft-style suites, with the beds up 10 steps on the mezzanine floor.

No complaints however the living area of the room could benefit with more lighting as room was fairly dark at night. The pool was very lovely but feel that the water could have been a bit cleaner.

Very pleasantly surprised by the property as a whole and loved the mini resort setup and feel. Loved the loft style room. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The entire place was extremely dark. When we checked in they gave us a room that hasn’t been cleaned and was so dirty but moved room to a better one. It’s too dark inside and you feel like a vampire in there. Shower smells of sewage but not too strong. The kitchen needs a revamp and they need to add cutlery and plates in there. What’s the point of having a kitchen if it’s not equipped. Loads of mosquitoes in this area. Out of area. Construction noise too which we were not told of!!

Kitchen cupboards need to be replaced, pretty old. Bathroom has sewage smell coming from the drain. Pool is not heated.

Probably in the future you can pay more attention on the sinks. They look like they need to be replaced, because they're a bit rusty already. The cabinet in the bedroom upstairs was a bit dusty, requires more attention on the cleaning. Perhaps using wood cleaner / wood polish so it would smell nice.

I was shocked as I checked in to my room! Wow.. It was big and spacious, all to myself. Love the open bedroom that's located on the first floor. Love the balcony since it's facing the pool. Overall the room is clean. It looks like that this Hotel is an old hotel, because I can see from the interiors, but I was glad that it's clean. The fridge was clean and didn't stink (very good! keep it up!). The staff were super friendly! Loved them! The hot water was functioning perfectly. The kettle was clean! (yes, this is very important to me). Keep up the hygiene, Pandawa All Suite Hotel. You have been doing great!

friendly staff service. but the room looks much older than what is shown on the app. the shower gel dispenser is broken so we had to scoop it out using our hand. sofa looks dirty. shower drain gets stuck during shower. location is close to seminyak but there are no nearby shops or amenities.
