I love the room, it is very big and feels like home. The garden was also amazing, you feel like you live in a temple They were filling a big hot warm water thermos every day for coffee and tea. It was so nice and thoughtful.

It’s much better than in the pictures. We had a little eating space in the room which is a big bonus. It’s so close to the monkey forest and there are a lot of good breakfast spots and restaurants.

As it’s close to a temple there’s some music on too later in the evening, it was beautiful music but audible from the room. No issues with the stay itself!

The blanket and pillows are scratchy.  It would be nice if they offered a top sheet.

It's a beautiful house, and the rooms are clean. The location is absolutely central (and without being too loud at night). Everyday they cleaned the room and gave us hot water for tea and coffee, which was much appreciated. The owner was very helpful with local information.

It is interesting that the bathroom doesn't have ceiling so it's share the roof in the bedroom. So if you having heavy toilet you can smell into the bedroom as well. But when you shower you can smell nice soap. Window also see through so the neighbor from upstairs might can see you as well through the window.

We like to stay there because is only a few minutes walk to the city center. Opposite the house is also smoothie bowl which is so cheap and yummy. And if you walk to the right side only around 15 minutes to the monkey class which we have a selfie with. It is a lovely place and the house doesn't have chicken to wake us up so early. That is free tea and coffee for us as well.

The mattress I found too hard. No top sheet, just one fitted sheet, and a throw. The linen could be better, and the price is higher to allow for that would be a better feel.

Did not include breakfast. A thermos of hot water was provided with tea and coffee bags that was very welcome.

Nothing to dislike

Location is near to Ubud art market area at it's right at the main street but never noisy as it's lower than the street. Parking is available for motorcycles. Room is spacious and the aircond was sufficiently cold. Friendly host and prompt service in refilling the thermos flask and daily housekeeping

Needs a Shower Curtain so one can take a standing shower without water getting all over the floor. Easy fix, but surprisingly they haven’t added it. Also needs a real coffee machine in the room to make real coffee instead of the poor quality instant coffee provided. Another easy fix but not yet done, almost a deal breaker to possibly stay again.

Great Family Homestay with a large spacious room for the price. Very friendly family, daily room cleaning in a great neighborhood. And did a wonderful tour with their tour driver.

The place is approximately 5 to 10 min away from Ubud palace and main market by walking. Pretty good accessible place. And cafe are around. Host is friendly.
