The view from level 82 is stunning during the day & night as well as at sunrise & sunset . Front Desk Team & The Concierge Team are amazingly friendly and helpful and Very knowledgeable about the in & outs of Jakarta & Bandung . The Team at the Swimming Pool is superb in making sure the pool is always kept dry and clean & the gratis Refreshment is so refreshing . The pool towel at the pool deck smells so good. Love the pool at level 71 - water is icy cold & very refreshing . I came prepared with a 1.5mm swim suit🤣🤣

Awesome staff from every level. Very friendly and helpful. Very big and nice unit. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and other attractions. Getting to watch the NYE countdown right on to Bundaran HI. Near MRT. Walking distance too.

Entrance to the hotel from main street is down a side street It can be hard to find by vehicle or foot but it's a tall building so just look up.

New hotel very modern with great facilities . Staff very helpful and kind. Good selection at breakfast and yummy Omelets. Views from pool area of Downtown Jakarta are amazing and the room views not bad too^^. Having a washing machine in the room (that washes and dries) is also great convenience.

the AC controller always error, somehow we can’t set the temperature. the window are very dirty, we can’t see view clearly. the access from basement parking to lobby are not comfortable. the 2 door entrance for entering lobby was akward, small door with x ray machine, cramped, dark, its weird😂

high rise building with amazing view, simple and luxurious interior design. smell nice in the all area, next to small mall and very homey services staff.

We were 2 minutes late at 13:02 for the shuttle to Grand Indonesia. And the Customer service girl refused our request if there was shuttle to take us. Very disappointed as it was hot and humid day. So for next time we have to think about our stay closer GI or PI and maybe Grand Thamrin Hotel would be the choice . Thank you.

It was a bit hard for Grab drivers to figure out where it is but the staff helped us and it was fine after, this is probably due to the building being new but nothing major!

Amazing location, amazing staff, amazing room! Everything was great and we enjoyed our time here, the staffs were helpful and nice, it was also close to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia.

for a big room, it felt small.

not too far to walk to grand indonesia, about 7mins or so. breakfast included not like typical buffet spread, but just enough. good way to avoid food wastage. Staff were very attentive, friendly yet professional. room altho a one bedroom with seperate bedroom felt a bit small, but came equipped with kitchenette, washer dryer. surprisingly can hear motobikes honking even when we were above the 75th floor. tv provided was just flat screen and ot smart tv, something to consider if want ti cast any netflix etc.
