I had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront resort on Gili Trawangan! The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool—a perfect spot to relax. The resort has two pools with swim-up bars, one exclusively for guests and another facing the beach that’s open to both guests and non-guests. The on-site restaurant is fantastic, offering delicious food with fast service and stunning beach views. The beachfront itself is breathtaking, especially at sunset—it truly feels magical. Located on the quieter side of the island, the resort still offers easy access to everything. Renting a bicycle was incredibly affordable and made exploring the island a breeze. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service—the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gili Trawangan!

We stayed at Pearl Sunset Resort in Gili Trawangan from March 14 to 18, 2024, for our honeymoon, and our experience was nothing short of amazing! The resort’s facilities are excellent, and its location is unbeatable—far enough from the party side of the island to offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, making it ideal for couples or anyone looking for tranquility. The resort is beautifully maintained, and in our opinion, it’s easily in the top 3 resorts on the island. One of the highlights was the staff—every single person we encountered was always smiling and eager to help. A huge thank you to Tawan and Wayan, who greeted us warmly every morning, and to Endar, the Hotel Manager, who consistently checked in to ensure our stay met our expectations. The resort offers two swimming pools—one exclusively for hotel guests and another public one, which we found to be a great feature. We also tried the SPA, and the experience was so incredible that we went back for a second treatment the next day! Regarding dining, while the presentation of the food might not be the most impressive, the taste certainly makes up for it—everything we tried was delicious. We also had a couple of funny moments, like when another guest accidentally took our electric scooter, thinking it was theirs. The security and reception team acted quickly to help us recover it. Additionally, when my wife needed a sewing kit for her swimsuit, the reception team promptly contacted housekeeping, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we can’t thank the entire team at Pearl Sunset Resort enough for making our stay so special. If we ever return to Gili Trawangan, this will undoubtedly be our first choice! Had the most wonderful week-long stay at Pearl Sunset Resort! From the start, we were greeted with a refreshing juice and cold face towel, which was much needed after our muggy boat trip over. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a large bathroom and all amenities you would need. The shower had great water pressure too! Every single staff member was so lovely and kind, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and very delicious, we made our way through most of the menu that week and left full and satisfied every morning. We had dinner there one night as well and really enjoyed our meals (we had the Nasi Goreng and the Tom Yam soup), very nice beach setting in the restaurant as well. Rented two bikes for 6 days which was very affordable direct from the hotel too, and necessary for properly exploring the island. We used the spa (Chi) about 6 times, including several massges and a pedicure and manicure. Such thorough treatments and very affordable. We tried one other spa on the island one of the days and then came back to Chi at Pearl Sunset because we enjoyed it more there. The pool and pool bar were lovely, clean and huge, it was really nice to enjoy a few drinks in the water. They also have loungers and cabanas in the beach which were so nice to sit in to watch the sunset. Highly recommend Pearl Sunset resort, we are really glad we stayed here for the week we had in Gili T! Thank you so much (Tampi asih!)

We loved staying here! It was the nicest part of Gili T, it was lovely going from the swimming pool straight to the ocean, the resort is so close to the beach! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Food was AMAZING! We ate here almost every meal because we kept finding different things we loved. They were able to cater to my gluten free diet, so any celiac would be safe to stay eat here. Really enjoyed our stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food was outstanding—the best Pad Thai I’ve ever had. Our room was stunning—super comfortable with an amazing view from the balcony. The bathroom was perfect; we even wished we had one like it at home! The pool area was fantastic, and everything was just spot on. Room service was excellent, surprising us with bags of cookies every day. We also tried the spa on-site—the massage was fantastic, and my fiancé had a hair treatment that made her want to move in permanently! Overall, an absolutely perfect stay.besides, for all instagram maniacs this is the most instagramable place you will ever find

We chose this property to be further away from all the hustle and bustle of the main area. The distance from the busy area wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be for others.

The resort was beautiful!! The room was very large and had a nice seating area outside the rooms! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The beach area across the street is stunning with lots of chairs and places to enjoy the beach! There are a few restaurants/bars near by to grab something to eat! The breakfast was great!
