Perfect place to socialise, lots of activities, located really central, whatsapp group, cages in front of the hostel to make check out more easy and a locker underneath the bed which I really appreciated. Co working space on the roof top, free breakfast and diner as well as free massage so you get a lot for your money

I understand why it is done but not being able to keep bags in the room was frustrating. They also didn't have any large lockers left when I arrived so my bag was stored at reception which didn't feel as secure. Also no hot water in the showers for the duration of my stay. Would have been nice to have a few more loungers around the pools as they were often all taken.

Beds were comfortable, with good privacy curtains. Towels provided. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Staff friendly and approachable. 2 pool areas which was nice to relax. Free massage is the selling point for this hostel! 15 minutes per night and it was one of the best massages I have ever had! It does book up quick though so definitely arrange as soon as you arrive.

You have to keep your bags in open bar lockers that are a couple minute walk from the dorm (which is INSANE). Everything needs a deep clean, especially the bathrooms. The dorms are stuffy, cramped, and don’t get natural light. Overpriced

Incredible stay at the Pillow Inn. It is an oasis in Ubud with everything from bars restaurants, shops, attractions and massages a short walk away. I took advantage of the dinner and breakfast included in the stay which were so perfect (healthy and delicious). The people are so friendly and I felt right at home. I also did the free morning yoga classes which were the prefect start to your day. I also had a full body massage which was so relaxing. Everything is so convenient and the staff are the best. Plus the atmosphere is so friendly I met some amazing people and some core memories with the people i met at the Hostel. Hope to be back!

Bags are kept in a separate location making it uncomfortable if you forget/ need to get something. Showers and toilets need to be renovated

A lots of free things defo. And they manage the activities very well. I met alot of friends here such a nice social hostel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Wish I can stay more longer in Ubud. Best hostel so far I’ve stay in Bali.

everybody stays there and the stuff is amazing. it is so easy to connect and suddenly you become best friends with them. you are very free, the hostel is very helpful and it is not strict when it comes to your needs - they just got it done. I've stayed in different hostels with higher ranks too but was disappointed by the community. go here and say hi from me. you can also merge your massage hours and able to get a 1-hour, 2-hour massage, unlike other places.

Had AMAZING breakfast choices that you could choose from after a lovely morning yoga session, free family dinner every night, and a free massage with your stay- how could it get better! Very social but also a lot of areas if you need some space to yourself! Loved my stay!

Everything was just amazing. I stayed in the private room which was very beautiful and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I broke something in the room and instead of sending me a bill they repaired it free of charge. The vibes in this hostel are very good as well.

The bathrooms are so dirty! I felt uncomfortable showering and going to the toilet in them. The photos of this place are quite misleading. It seems a lot cleaner than it is. Also the beds are really basic and uncomfortable, I’m glad I only booked one night here.

The staff were really nice. The massage, breakfast and yoga class were amazing. And I liked that it backed onto nature. But be mindful of the rest of the facilities.

The bathrooms need an upgrade. The hot water is a bit hit and miss sometimes I got a hot shower and sometimes I didn't and even when I did the hot water didn't last very long.

I liked that they offered free breakfast and dinner. These meals were delicious and left me feeling full. The free yoga and massage was great and made the stay very enjoyable and great value for money.

Two toilets for two rooms of 8/10 people I’m not very good state. The bed was very uncomfortable, they didn’t inform me about the dinner which would’ve been nice. Decided to take this one as they advertised they had a coworking space which is literally just a room with some chairs and tables, really not comfortable. Had to book a coworking space after that. All in all it’s not a bad hostel, but I think it’s very overpriced for Bali standards.

Swimming pool and common area was nice. Breakfast is very nice too, you get 15’ massage for each day you stay. Location is good

Dirty. Not cozy enviroment. Smelled very bad in the dorm. The AC was way to cold and the blankets was to thin. Was freezing all night. No locks on the door. The shower and WC was very dirty. Couldnt lock the door to the shower. The pool looked dirty.

You can’t keep your bag in your room (I can understand the reasoning) but every time you need something you have to walk to your bag in a locker outside. Two showers, toilets and sinks between 24 people and the showers are small and aren’t very clean. The ladders in the room are quite hard to climb

The food options were good, two pools is nice and complimentary massage. Staff were very friendly. The communal space is very nice, and the gym area is nice.

Nice rooms very comfortable, the atmosphere was amazing. The owner and the people that volunteer there are wonderful and helping you with anything that you need. I definitely will go back there soon as I can ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

AC in the dorms is very strong, better ask for a second blanket. Showers are not the cleanest.
