The shower water in the bathroom was luke warm rather than hot, but it was so hot outside that I coped with it.

The rooms were brand new and lovely. The bed was so comfy. The only thing was that there was snagging work left for the builders to do, like wiping paint and varnish splashes off the floor and walls. Apart from that, the room was so good. The pool was really nice and having the hotel beach beds just across the little road was great. It's a pretty and clean beach with beds under part shady trees. Perfect. The staff were so sweet and attentive too. Also if you want a great snorkeling trip ask the hotel to arrange it. We will definitely be back.

Pine Tree Beach Hotel was an absolute gem. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay, this is the place to be. The recently renovated rooms were super clean and comfy, with a modern yet cozy vibe. Everything was spotless, and I loved sitting on the balcony, enjoying the view of the beautiful garden. The pool was great—spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for chilling out. The beachfront sunbeds were my favorite! Lying there, listening to the waves, and just soaking in the atmosphere was pure bliss. The food at the hotel restaurant was also a pleasant surprise. Everything I tried was delicious, but the Sundubu Jjigae was damn good!(Orignal taste of korea) Must-try. On top of all that, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. With its stunning beachside location, great facilities, and amazing food, this place is highly recommended. I'd definitely love to come back here again

The food wasn’t the best that we had on the island but there are so many options for food that it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

This is a brand new hotel so the rooms were clean and everything worked nice and looked fresh. It also had a fantastic pool area and the staff were so helpful and lovely!

This is a new build, and still being completed on one side so there are a few ‘snagging’ issues. There was a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom & the shower wasn’t very hot but I hope these will be addressed in future.

Umma & all the staff were friendly & helpful. The room service & breakfasts were great. The room & balcony are large, very clean & modern. Towels were changed daily & plenty of water was provided in the room.

Vegetarian alternatives for food in restaurants , maybe at least one in tofu , mostly chicken and meat , Vietnamese rolls was really goood but I wanted more to eat :)

This hotel was perfect , i travel around Indonesia and it’s one of the best rooms in standard I’ve been , it’s new spacious clean smart tv , very comfortable bed and great toilet with great shower pressure and also not salt water in shower , I’ve been to other hotels on the island and it was salty showers , beach is 20 m with nice swings , staff very helpful and polite , big pool and outdoors

It was very visible that the hotel is very new, staff felt very junior: - checking process was a bit chaotic, when staff came to our room 3x within 5 minutes after the checkin bringing water, welcome drink and wifi password - drinks at hotel bar took ages to prepare, staff was often nowhere to be found (quality was great once we got them!) - during breakfast, they said my meal choice is not available only once they put my wife's food on table. After another 30 minutes of waiting I had to give up and leave Don't get me wrong, I would definitely book again. I am sure they will improve quickly with more experience :)

This is a brand new hotel in a very nice location. Everything was clean and comfy. Clean beach is just across the road from the hotel. Food and drinks at the hotel bar & restaurant were really good and surprisingly affordable!

Nothing it was perfect!

This properly was so lovely. My stay here was amazing! The staff were so friendly and so accommodating. My room was beautiful and the hotel as a whole is lovey. The facilities are great! Location is also great! If I am ever back in gili t I will definitely stay here again and will recommend to my friends!

I stayed at Gili Pine Tree Beach Hotel during my recent trip, and it was honestly one of the best decisions I made. Location-wise, it’s perfect. It’s close to the port, so getting there was super easy, and the beach is literally just steps away. Walking around the hotel was also such a pleasant experience — peaceful and scenic, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was a highlight! Every meal I had at the hotel was absolutely delicious, to the point where I didn’t even feel like going out to search for other restaurants. It really felt like they put so much care into each dish. What impressed me even more was the in-house massage shop. It was super affordable compared to typical resort prices, but the service was top-notch. It made me feel like I was staying at a luxury resort without the crazy price tag. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed. Since the hotel is quite new, everything felt fresh and modern, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. I didn’t experience any inconvenience at all. And of course, the staff. I had read some great reviews about how friendly they are, and I can confidently say they exceeded my expectations. They were warm, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces, making me feel genuinely welcomed. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that my vacation was too short. I really wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer. If you’re planning a trip to Gili, I can highly recommend Gili Pine Tree Beach Hotel. It’s the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value for money. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Check in staff were good. Dining staff need more training. Often too busy talking to take an order. No condiments supplied with meals. Salt, pepper, sambal & ketchup should be automatic.
