When I was brushing my teeth before going to bed around 8 pm I had 2 people coming into my room to .....CLEAN... Because I had earphones I didn't hear them knocking. Thanks God I was wearing my pyjamas, normally I don't because it's so hot

Beautiful sexy room with nice shower, restaurant on the beach with a nice sunset, beds on the beach and pool. If I come back I definitely staying there again. Very nice breakfasts as well.

Wow what an amazing experience pink coco is!! We thoroughly enjoyed our too brief visit here, we could have stayed for a lot longer! Jan is so welcoming and friendly and puts smiles on everyone’s faces with little surprises throughout the day that makes you feel very pampered and happy!! The accommodation is so cosy and cute, we loved all the pink touches! The pool is wonderful! And it’s right on the most beautiful beach, and the food is great. Thank you to Angga for making us laugh on our last night there! There’s nothing bad I could say about pink coco it’s absolutely fabulous, thank you all for your kindness and for giving us an amazing Gili Air experience!! Service is excellent. Great spa, lovely relaxed pool area. Rented bikes and went snorkeling and shopping. Food and breakfast/restaurant food and service was exceptional. A couple of great sunsets after reminding us we were there during rainy season. Perfect snorkeling trip where we saw turtles arranged by resort staff. Beautiful grounds and groundskeeping.

Having to leave. I’m still in denial

Absolutely everything. From the Little surprises offered throughout the day - including the messages handwritten on the bathroom mirror to face masks hidden in the fridge. To the fabulousness of the pink decor, the beachside dining, and tastefully decorated rooms. But above all it was the amazing Lorena, Jan and the whole team who just buzzed with happiness, professionalism and joy that made my stay. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so happy and “at home” in a holiday hotel. I’m already working out how I can rebook…. Thank you for making my friends and my trip to Gili such a memorable and smile-filled experience!

Nothing everything was perfect!!!

Hotel is honestly and truly the most amazing one I have ever stayed at and that is not only because the Hotel itself is incredible, the food is amazing, the massage is the best and the rooms are wonderful clean and cosy but what makes this hotel truly stand out like no other are the people that work there and how they make you feel like you are the most valuable customer ever♥️. They are so incredibly caring and have lots of lovely surprises ready for their guests. They helped me suprise my friend for her birthday and even organised a cake for her and decorated the whole room. The rooms at cleaned twice a day and the afternoon crew puts out the pyjamas and slippers and writes a cute little quote on the mirrors as well as leaving a sweet on the pillow .. I mean seriously how awesome is that! I could go on and on but I will just say it was a wonderful time we had and I would like to specially thank Laurena and May for their wonderful service . I will be back for sure!!

I can highly recommend this beautyful Hotel. The staff is realy friendly and they do everything to make your stay absolutely perfect. Also the service you get in this Hotel is just perfect. I loved everything

I love everything about this place. The pool area is super relaxing and they often bring you little food snacks while you are resting. Food is delicious! They clean your room and refill your water twice a day. The staff could not be friendlier. On top of that, they have the best sunset view in the island.

My only criticism is that the white bathroom towels looked very tired, thin & greyish - however, in no way did this negatively impact our stay or experience.

PinkCoco Gili Air is most definitely full of surprises. Charming little treats spreading pockets of love throughout the day. The staff are super friendly, helpful & full of vibrant energy - they are constantly smiling & nothing is too much trouble. The location right on the beach front is stunning, and made even better by the wonderfully creative and delicious PinkCoco breakfasts. The pool & it's surrounds is absolutely idealic, set amoungst a beautifully manicured garden creating a tranquil & relaxing atmosphere. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. It was beautifully designed & decorated in the PinkCoco theme offering wonderfully comfortable beds & a large eco friendly bathroom. There is a large & super cosy day bed at the front of the room set among lush green foliage, great for reading, naps &general chilling.

In the bad weather, most of the island are out of power. Pinkcoco kept everything running. They must have some backup generators. Good food and reasonable prices as well. Will definitely come again!

Absolutely fabulous on every level! In an increasingly mean grey world, it was a breath of fresh air to arrive at Pink Coco and immediately get an upgrade to a villa and be bathed in warm genuine smiles and to smile myself at the playful pink touches all over the resort. The resort staff even waved until I disappeared from sight.
