Sadly it rained for most of my stay so the bar and DJ set wasn't open at sunset - of course, this is not the hotel's fault. The hotel is a little far from the main bars and restaurants, but you can hire a bike or order a horse and cart. The advantage is that it's quiet at night.

Fabulous energy at this hotel. The staff were attentive and really personable. Rooms cleaned daily and little gifts left for you, which is a nice touch.

I liked all about it. We stayed in a room on ground floor next to pool which was amazing. I would not like to stay on the second floor.

Nice pool area and beautiful room. We had an anniversary and the staff had done such a wonderful surprise with decorations and cake in the room.

Location as mentioned was a bit out of town but bikes available or about 20 min walk.

We stayed in the Casa Nostra suite which was huge and beautifully appointed. The details were all very well thought out and the surprises left for us each day were lovely. Breakfast was fantastic. The location is a bit out of the way from the main part of town near the port but bike hire was available from the hotel for 60k per day and it was an easy 5-10 minute ride into town. Staff were courteous and very helpful in assisting us with whatever we needed.

Omg, this resort was absolutely stunning! The staff were amazing, and the food was great, but the highlight is the amazing entertainment at sunset, with excellent DJ’s, live saxophone, and a live fire show, all set in such a gorgeous setting with absolutely breathtaking sun sets. We spent every night here! The hotel rooms are so cute, with lots of little things to make the stay special, and a great pool to cool off with cocktails. I would recommend this hotel to anyone Thanks you for making our stay special.

I visited during a season when there were a lot of flies, which made things a bit challenging. It would be great if they prepared some measures to deal with them. Breakfast felt like a battleground every morning. If you’re expecting a top-notch hotel, you might be disappointed. Still, for Gili, I believe this level of facilities is fairly good, though the building itself felt a bit modest.

The staff is very friendly, and they provide turndown service. Overall, they do their best to offer good service. The pool in front of the hotel is decent, and they even brought drinks while I was swimming. With laundry service available, it’s suitable for an extended stay. It’s located in a relatively quiet area, making it peaceful, and you can enjoy watching the sunset. Breakfast is also quite well done.

Breakfast is slow, allow at least an hour for breakfast. On a couple of occasions there was no staff in the restaurant to take my order. From the reviews I read before booking the hotel, I expected more surprises and treats around the pool. I was given a couple of small cookies and a face mask in the evenings. But in the reviews I read about ice cream, smoothies, snacks, etc. around the pool. Also, there is no music around the pool. The pool could do with more stairs to get in and out, there's only a few steps, then a huge drop to the pool.

Great location with it's own beach club, providing great entertainment every evening during sunset. The rooms were large and spacious with a nice outdoor bathroom. Breakfast was huge, you could choose anything from the À la carte menu, plus sides, plus pastries, plus drinks. Good quality and tasty food. You can rent a bike (slightly more expensive from the hotel) and cycle around the island in an hour. The hotel was a bit further away from the main strip of bars and beach clubs, which meant it was peaceful and relaxing. The pool was nice, was empty when I went so was nice to go for an evening swim. The massage was good, but gets booked up quickly, so make sure you book in advance.

Literally everything. Loved the fact that everything was pink, smelled amazing and was clean. Spa, breakfast and bar area all on same premises and there was a fire show and DJ every night bringing the vibes. The staff members were friendly, helping with your every need and going out their way to make you feel at home. Would go back in a blink!

The smell in toilet was very bad . There was some renovation in the hotel and it was a bit noisy . In breakfast there is many choices but it’s not very delicious.

The design of the hotel are cute , the stuff are friendly . The surprise every evening was so cute .

The additional services, like ferry booking and calling cab is expensive. I would recommend to put some efforts and do that yourself.

The property is right at the beach and the island is small so it is easily accessible.

The only thing I would improve on: the air conditioning on my balcony should be raised. Otherwise, every time I would go on Balcony it was extremely hot from the warm air from air con. Also in shower would place another drain on end of shower.

My husband and I liked everything, it was a very nice experience staying at Pink Coco and can only recommend to others.

Amazing breakfast with great selection of meals and drinks. Complimentary small snacks (cookies, water, occasionally small sandwiches and ice cream, fruit smoothies etc.) are provided during the day for guests. The hotel also has a beach bar with daily fire shows and DJ for entertainment.

In my opinion, what makes Pinkcoco a very special place is the way that the staff treats you. All of them make you feel at home. They take care of all the details. Room and facilities very comfy and super cute. Breakfast absolutely delicious. We had a balinese massage which was from another world. I recommend this beautiful hotel to everyone without hesitation.

I don’t like that the security poeple made me feel like I was constantly breaking the law or steeling the bikes. I have a pink bracelet on so they know I’m apart of the hotel and they kept asking me why I was taking a bike and stopped to ask if I was a member at PinkCoco - and they saw me daily… also they would jump up at 4am and question me with a bit of attitude but that’s because they are sleeping on the job. (You are assigned a bike for your stay).

I like that everything was pink and had a great theme. Dinner options were ok, breakfast was extraordinary - I’ve never been offered so much food and the taste was OUT OF THIS WORLD 🤤 also their coffees are beyond delicious ❤️ The pool was a great size, and if you’re a beach person PinkCoco’s beach isn’t great as you cannot swim and would need shoes to walk on as it’s all rocks. It is the PERFECT place to watch the sunset, beyond gorgeous! I would rent a bike as the walk to the “main” location is a 30 minute walk and if you want to see turtle point it’s even farther. The bike will get you there within 10 minutes and it’s super fun!!
