Cool experience, sunrise was unreal. A steep descent down to the accomodation, ensure you’re fit and able to tackle getting up and down.

The way from the road to the room is really hard, it's not for everyone! It takes around 10 minutes upstairs

View! It's absolutely amazing! The room has a bath outside, but check on the start water outside, not every room has enough warm water.

Incredible view! The service was amazing too - we were met and guided as soon as we arrived. You can lie in your bed and enjoy the view on 3 Mountains. Taking an outside bath with that view is also exceptional experience. You also need some fitness level to get to the villa but it’s quite fun and refreshing.

It had amazing view. No one around. The staff were very kind and helped us with everything. The cabin is comfortable, has everything you need, is clean, and has hot water. The only thing is that there are steps leading to the cabin, so good physical fitness is required. However, this is compensated by the peace and beautiful view.

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments! The staff was very friendly, explained everything to us, and showed us around. Our apartment was cozy, very clean, and had an amazing view of the lake, two volcanoes, and the mountains. The room had everything we needed, and the private bathtub on the terrace made our stay even more special – we even took some great photos there. The breakfast was tasty. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would love to come back!

It would be amazing if the water in the outside bath tub was warmer.

The location is outstanding, definitely worth the descend through the beautiful orchard with avocado, dragon fruit.

It would be good to include a vegetarian/vegan option for breakfast.

The view was spectacular, the staff - so kind! They carried our suitcases down a 5 minute, steep set of stairs & even went out and bought peanut butter for me as I'm vegetarian & couldn't eat the continental breakfast.

flies and big bees around, stayed there for a short time, it is definitely worth it to stay longer.

This place is brand new, the owner built it by himself, now there are 4 villas but for the moment only 2 are operating. So you can imagine, there are just a few people, surrounded by beautiful garden and silence. The view is right to the Batur mountain, but also you can see Abang and Agung mountains. It's so quiet, beautiful, you can really relax there and forget about everything. The room is clean, the staff is very friendly and nice! The owner also has a restaurant on the main road, so if you make an order, the staff will kindly help you to bring it to your villa.

We booked this property for the view - it’s incredible! Even in rainy season you can have some breathtaking views, once clouds go down and it stops raining. When it’s sunny, it’s pleasure to have a bath with the view to mount Batur and the lake. The stay itself it’s very cosy and comfy, you have all you need there. The Staff is extremely kind and helpful, thank you for your hospitality! To get to the property you need to walk down the hill like 10min, so if it rains have shoes that have a good grip and enjoy the walk in mango & avocado & dragon fruit orchard!

I didn’t enjoy my time there it’s super far from down town. The road is super hard and long. Too many stairs to get to the chambre and very dangerous, not safe since staff told us (my wife and me) there are thieves around

As it was rainy season, we were aware of the rain outside, but it also dripped on the pillows from the sealing and on the walls, so the mirror fell off in the middle of the night. There were no place to hang wet clothes and no place to eat the breakfast served in the cabbin, only outside, but as it rained, it was impossible. The trafficnoise were stronger than in a city and we could hear every single word spoken from the cabbin next to us. There were not enough hot water to use the outside tub, which was the main reason we booked the place and paid extra money. The manager suggested us driver with 3 times higher tax as common and if we didn't book him for transfer, manager acted clearly unpleased and inpolite. They called us several times incusing us taking the key, that we showed to the staff that we left in the lock but as non of them understood english, then there were a missunderstanding between themselves and we got the hit. Strongly do not recomend.

New cabbin and the location were great. The surrounding fruitforest and the view. The climbing of the stairs were actually cool. Also the staff taking care of us directly was very humble, polite and attentive.
