Compared to other accommodation I have stayed at in Bali, I felt this property was a little bit more run down. On entering our room there was mould on the ceiling and was infested with ants and we even had a gecko visit our room! We didn’t really mind this as we understand that the location is basically in the middle of the jungle so it was to be expected but just something to note about the insects. I will say the pool could have been cleaner as well. We still swam in it and enjoyed it but there was some built up mould around the edges. I will note that some of the sun loungers were old and some broken, with very limited selection they could be doing with an upgrade. The restaurant does the job and is cheaper than other places in the area but there are nicer places to eat out.

The staff are the highlight of our stay here! They were so friendly, genuinely interested in us as guests and really helpful with local recommendations and activities to do. It was refreshing to have a pool and they have a decent restaurant on site so on nights we didn’t fancy eating out we could just order to the room or eat in the restaurant. The room was spacious and relatively clean and I appreciated having a tv in the room albeit it only had one English speaking channel that replayed the same shows each day with the odd new show or movie added. Bedding, towels and toiletries were changed everyday. The location is great for being in the centre of Ubud with some shops and restaurants a 10-15 minute drive away. However, if you’re looking to visit the rice fields and some areas further north it’s about 45mins drive away. However, grabs are so cheap so not a complaint.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this place for me, however, please be mindful that staff are busy doing things and have breaks for food and rest like us all so if there is no one at the front desk, just call out, pop your head in to the restaurant, or give them a call - they will come. I mention this because I often see reviews about places complaining of the lack of staff - trade instant results for peaceful flexibility, you will be happier for it.

I left my other accommodation because I love this place so much. It is so relaxing and the staff are wonderful and will go above and beyond to help you. Have a chat with them, get to know the locals. The room is everything you could want - clean, spacious, yes of course there is a tv (go outside and look around instead), kettle etc. the restaurant makes beautiful Indonesian food and, if it’s your thing - Curries and pizzas. Off the beaten track with trickling water, massage and a nice size pool, this place is my absolute favourite place to be in Ubud. You’ll appreciate the silent walk back to your accomodation with little street lighting to really feel like this place is your place.

Great location, close enough to ubud for all activities, but far enough away that there was minimal noise. Private pool was well worth it and beds were comfy

The bathroom is getting a little old. The swimming pool is nice but has a weird shape that makes it complicated to swim in it

Their Breakfast options are very poor. For someone who doesn't eat a lot of eggs, it was disappointing. Because they only have egg meals. I actually bought my own fruit and asked them to slice it for me daily. The cleaners cant speak any English, so it can be challenging communicating with them

The Room was very spacious. The sheets were clean and crisp. I loved the outdoor Bathroom in the Villa, they put clean towels everyday for me. The pool was always clean and the gardens are very beautiful. The dinner options are tasty and affordable.

A bit far from main part of Ubud, but a Grab wasn’t far away. The room was a little tired & could use a refresh.

There's a construction going on so after a long night of exploring Ubud and you want to sleep in the next morning, you'll be disturbed of the noise, plus I wasn't able to enjoy the balcony facing the swimming pool as the construction is also on the very front of the balcony

The staff are accommodating , beds are clean and comfy, pool is always clean. Restaurants are walking distance , there's also 1 restaurant in the premises.

The portions of breakfast may seem a bit small for some people. Other than that I can't complain it was a perfect ending for ubud.

The villa is so peaceful. It is tucked away in a little street and so beautiful inside. The pool is so amazing, and you feel like u in a jungle. Our transport found and drop us off very easily, the villa is close to everything up the streets and the bank. The rooms were simple and clean, I found the bed and pillow comfortable, there's AC and always bottled water available. The Wifi works amazing, the TV had Netflix and the staff were super friendly. We were right by the pool and the breakfast and food was simple but delicious.

We asked for twin beds room and didn’t get it as it is subjected to be available. If our booking wasn’t subjected to available or prioritized enough as we made full amount for advanced payment in three months before, who would be? People would book if it’s part of the room option. Even they nicely arranged for extra bed for FOC, it wasn’t comfortable.
