We only stayed one night after arriving late from the airport and was greeted by lovely staff. Good service, nice and quiet rooms. The small outdoor area was really cosy and our kids loved walking around and looking at the fish.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I booked this hotel simply because we would arrive in Bali very late night, and the next day we are moving to another place. But this hotel is more than a transit hotel. We can enjoy swimming in the swimming pool in the morning. There was a fruit basket in the room, welcoming us, accompanied by a sweet message card. Everything was perfect.

The room was cozy and nice. It had iron box and kettle in the room. The breakfast was minimal but was good. The location is nice and good for 1-2 nights as very close to airport.

The room we got did not have the best bathroom, dark and dated, however clean. More fruit for breakfast would have been nice.

Room was simple but fairly big and beds were very comfortable, clean. Drinking water was provided. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was simple but good. Loved the tea available at reception. Very close to the airport. Great for short stays.

We had a great stay at Pondok Sari Kuta! The location is super convenient, making it easy to explore nearby shops, restaurants, and the beach. The highlight for us was the beautiful pool—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall experience was comfortable. Would definitely recommend it for a laid-back stay in Kuta!

As it's a local area the food/shopping/spa options in walking distance are limited, many places don't have English menus, probably the best option is the best western down the road. I like local warungs but I didn't want to risk a stomach issue on the plane as these were very local with no tourists.

Great value overnight stay for airport access, staff were friendly, room clean and the pool was a little old but lovely area for sun baking or laps. The hotel has a nice atmosphere with fairy lights in the garden. 15 mins to the airport off peak.
