Located in the center of Ubud but tucked away in a quiet spot. Very nice accommodations, new and well-designed and well-constructed. Owner is very pleasant. Just an excellent place to stay.

So near to main stretch but once you get in it's own quiet enclave. Guesthouse landlady Martina is welcoming and service oriented. Do note the last 50-100m or so has no car access.

We had an excellent stay at this guest house. Ms Martina was quite welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The room was neat and clean with a big balcony..There were tea coffee facility, towels and toiletries. The wifi was good. Overall it was a lovely experience and it is highly recommended.

A beautifully presented room with very nice bathroom and lovely upstairs balcony which I could enjoy in the cool of the evening and early morning. Very centrally located only a short walk from the Royal Palace and the two main roads Jalan Raya Ubud and the top of Monkey Forest Road. Close to lots of good cafes, Restaurants and the Arts Market.

I highly recommend this homestay. Martina and Agus, the hosts, provided exceptional hospitality. The room was spotless and quiet, with a large, comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. It's a Balinese family residence situated in the center of Ubud, within walking distance of numerous landmarks.

AC took a long time to cool. Could have been better considering the weather. But since we were out almost the entire time except at night, didn't bother us much. There is a bit of an uphill walk to the property. So, may not work if you have mobility problems or heavy luggage. The hosts helped with the luggage though. It wasn't an issue for us though.

The restaurants and major Ubud attractions are nearby, all within walking distance. But the location is still quiet. So, comfortable to stay in. Very helpful host. Clean and comfortable room.

The property is not fully accessible by car, so if you have luggage it is a bit of a short uphill walk. For meetups and tour pickups, best to indicate the nearby restaurant Oops Ubud as the pickup point.

Excellent, central location - very close to the market, palace, restos, and shops but tucked away into a quiet alley. Photos match the actual rooms, which were spacious, clean, and modern. Martina was very helpful and responsive to requests, including ordering a simple breakfast and arranging airport transfers. Value for money overall.

The bathroom is outside and gets wet when it rains, it can get a bit noisy at night.

The hosts are super friendly and helped us organise our trips around the island. The location is very good, the port and many restaurants are in walking distance. The room is big and clean, great value for money!

The location is perfect especially if you want to go around my foot as it is super central. Very comfortable bed and the room was clean. Everything looks like in the pictures. Spacious room and a bathroom where the shower and toilet are separated. Also enough space to for clothes etc. Also has a mini fridge.

The room is very clean. Martina the host and her family made my stay very special. They arrange also a pick up for me to the airport. The location is very good especially if you prefer walking distance to small cafes and shops. I will definitely come back here. The place is safe also and well lit. It is in the heart of Ubud but located in a quiet area. Very serene. You will wake up and greeted by chirping birds.
