Absolute beachfront in the heart of Seminyak, right next to Potato Head but with a section for hotel occupants so no need to fight the crowds for a day bed. Breakfasts were exceptional with Ina in particular so welcoming, friendly and attentive.

I think that other customers who are not using a table to dine at should not be permitted to "save the table/space" whilst they are elsewhere, doing a personal photoshoot or taking a walk, when the number of tables and available seating is limited during BUSY times/ such as during heavy rain storms. It might be a good idea to allow different groups or parties to SHARE seating areas, especially in the Beach Club Bar, as that is a social communal location, and is a common practice that seems to go over well, especially in European countries. If there is seating for 6-8 people in one seating area, and only 2 -4 people are using the space, it might be a good idea to politely inquire whether the other empty seats might be used by another group "adding on", and make good use of the spaces available, especially during busy times when no other tables/seating areas are available.

Very minimalist yet functional room setup. It was a nice touch to leave the makings of your own cocktails: mixers, limes and various local "spirits" as a welcome gift, including a few yummy snacks. I thought the room was extremely comfortable and well designed. It was intriguing! The pools are also lovely, and the fact that you can have your breakfast served poolside is also very nice. I only ate at one other location: the Beach Club Bar and the food was good. Nice bartenders, especially a young trainee who was lovely to chat with!

Very unique and art/music inspired hotel. Staff are super friendly and attentive, food was excellent and the small details in the the room (cocktail bar and kit, amazing media center, awesome bathroom and accessories) make this hotel exceptional.

Staff were so attentive, the pool was incredible. Breakfast was delicious and I love that it was served poolside. Not enough shade in the outdoor eating area next to the pool. Need to upgrade the shade structure there and I had to get the staff to remove all the cookies and treats in the fridge as I didn't request them and are a temptation for me.

There is nothing I didn't like.

We stayed at Potato Head for one night as our friends were getting married there. The room was fabulous and I love the dedication to reducing pollution and to reusing plastics to make a lot of the room features, like the rubbish bins and toiletry holders etc. We loved our stay here so much we didn't want to move back to our original hotel. Staff were all amazing, so kind and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. And the breakfast! Sensational! I would love to come back here again.

The staff were absolutely amazing. The rooms are stunning and you get fresh cookies and water delivered every day. Comfortable bed. Breakfast by the pool was such a lovely touch. Potato head beach club right next door with no minimum spend for guests staying at the resort. Rooms are sound proof. Easy to get to seminyak squire by gojek or cab. We will definitely come back.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly during our short stay. We also got a lovely welcome gift on arrival as well as a lot of lovely touches in the room (eg cocktail making ingredients). We enjoyed the hotel breakfast and the bed was very comfortable. Very good massages too

- Location of breakfast. It is in an undercover open area and feels like a school playground. When it rains hard you get wet. It was also unclear what was included in breakfast. We saw other people having things that we didn't so worked it out that way. - Room was extremely damp. When we turned off the air conditioning for a few minutes every surface of the room became damp. There was evidence of water damage on the walls near the ceiling. - The hotel floors are not secure - anyone can go up the lift. - No complimentary streaming or movie channel.

+ The beach club which was more atmospheric than the area reserved for hotel guests. + Thoughtful complimentary inclusions e.g. jamu, water bottles, cookies, minibar and cocktail ingredients (yes, includes alcohol). + Very professional and attentive staff, from security, receptionists, wait staff to cleaners. + Shuttle to main road. + Generous breakfast which included pastries, jamu, juice, tea/coffee (barista), hot dishes, cut up fruit. Good to see congee on the menu! + Personalised card and beautiful chocolate cake were provided to celebrate our special occasion.

My stay here was magnificent. This is one of the world's 50 best hotels. Why is this hotel one of the best in the world? It is for its sustainability, creativity and design. They have a zero-waste goal and one of the hottest beach clubs in Seminyak. They focus on relaxation, healing and wellness. The staff, my studio, the restaurants, food, the classes, grounds, pool area and beach club were great. You are welcomed with open arms along with snacks, local drink and gifts. My room was wonderful with comfy bed, great shower, lots of treats and essentials. The breakfast was out of this world. The instructors/healers for meditation and yoga were amazing. I am truly happy that I decided to stay here to end my trip in Bali. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED HANDS DOWN!!!!!
