Prices are ridiculous, they really need to lower the prices. Best to just visit and not stay there. Laundry cost me 28au when down the road it would of cost 4au at the entrance.

Loved the design, the food, all the little details, the wellness class (I did a meditation class at 6.30 am but there are so many other type of classes) Fabulous staff. I also loved the homemade creams, the shops, the incense etc. Loved the sustainability and recycled items for sale !(I am not paid by potato head for this review lol!!) I’ve been to so many incredible hotels and this one was one of my absolute favourites. If I could, I would literally go back all the way from london to stay here for a week. There is so much space . Check out the rooftop and bamboo garden.

The only thing I would have liked would have been to have to be able to order some simpler food, like a sandwich. The menu was the same throughout the resort and it was often heavy.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they did their best to accommodate all requests. Breakfast was plentiful and facilities were exceptional. I particularly liked the toilets dotted around the place, they were clean and spacious.

- The prices of services, food and drinks have drastically risen compared to last year. - i had a dead cockroach under the bed sheet, and another one days later crawling on the wall. - there was a mistake on my bill of 5 million rupiah. have i trusted the staff and not double checked it would have cost me. They charged it on breakfast when my breakfast was free. - the breakfast is very average. some items you should order a day before like hash browns. For such an expensive hotel, one would expect a Buffett. - music at the pool should cater to different tastes. - the hair blow dryer is dirty and sticky.

i have stay in here more then 3 times and I don’t like when the security not allow me to pick up my partner by bike in the pick up zone,that is so weird,they should know who the real guest that pay to stay and who’s not,sometime it feels so weird with the rules and the value of the money that we are spending in here.

Everything. The staff were so attentive from arrival to departure. The sustainability focus around the hotel is amazing and we were given a tote and reusable water bottle upon arrival. The private pool for hotel guests was great and less busy as the beach club area. The food was 10/10, we ordered the pizza both days. Drinks were 10/10 also, cocktails were great as were the local beers. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Oh wow what a beautiful stay. We were celebrating husbands birthday while at Potato Head. Upon arrival found out we had been upgraded to Suites. The room is spectacular, the service is absolutely impressive. The breakfast views and food itself is to die for. We had dinner at Ijen, Kanu and the Pizza restaurant- all just serve amazing food. I liked that at night we also couldn’t hear a single sound from the beach club. We will definitely be back for a lot more nights to explore all other amenities. What a beautiful hotel, it’s even more beautiful than the pictures

It's quite funny to me that a hotel like this can't offer a properly chilled beer at their beach club, plus the champagne selection on the menu didn't match what they actually had available and it also came at the wrong temperature... the food, both in the restaurant and breakfast, was pretty average and nothing special either

Room too small. We had the sunrise room, my husband and I travelling with my 5 year old, it feels like there’s not enough room to put our stuff.

Beautiful building and architecture. Everything great. Beach club is great we stayed a whole day there. Beach was surprisingly clean, not like what I heard about beach in Seminyak.
