the fan didn't have any speed in the bedroom so had to rely on aircon only..... which is a personal dislike.

such a beautiful villa, the garden is stunning, the pool so relaxing. semi open air bathroom is lovely, big fridge and gas stove if you want to use. having drinking water provided is always a plus. our pick up from airport was smooth. every member of Prama's family that we met in the compound greeted us with a smile. breakfast was fresh and tasty. we loved our stay completely and would return. we used the in house massage service which was amazing and really well priced. and the area itself is really peaceful and feels authentic.

We really had a very good time in Prama’s villa! Points like these are impressive to me and my family:1. Prama and his whole family is exceptionally friendly and kind to us. They are cheerful,respectful and calm ,even the whole community,that made our trip in Ubud. We were being treated like a part of their family. 2. Villa is set up in a very safe ,chilled ,comfortable environment. We could always jump into the pool and enjoy the water relaxing time after a warm day trip,plus the tropical yard ,that is what I expected of my holiday ! 3. The villa is located about 2km away from Ubud market , but we had got the great morning coffee along the street (2 minutes walking distance). We explored a few of restaurants around. Very convenient!

Excellent one. The best stay in south east asia where we stayed with my daughter. I think best one for couples as private pool villa well maintained. Lots of nearby eateries. Bike rentals, taxi service , customized tour

The location is a bit out of Ubud proper, so it's a bit more expensive to get to and from the centre if you want to go there. However, it was a great place to relax and base to go out on tours.

The villa was a beautiful secluded oasis, loved the rain shower. There are a few restaurants and cafes nearby and the resident dog is very friendly.

Some wear and tear, but nothing that affected our enjoyment in any way. With traffic, a good 20 min slog to the city via car... can be expensive if you want to go to the markets etc. Personally, staying away from Ubud Centre was great, I love it was a quieter spot.

It is a beautiful villa, with a lovely outdoor area. It is further out, so not as busy as in the city centre. There are a few nice cafes/restaurants nearby. Ordering in food is also easy. The family running the resort are lovely. The spa service available is excellent (external provider).

A bit of a distance walking in from the main road. It is situated deep inside an alley, where some parts of it is with villa constructions and has no street light so you will be walking in the dark. 10 mins away from the Ubud town by car but it took us 1.5 hour due to the severe traffic jam.

Private villa with a big yard and pool. Villa is generally clean and has a well kept garden. Breakfast is freshly prepped in the morning and sent to us promptly according to our timing. Drinking water is provided, massage service is available upon request.

Our stay at Prama house was wonderful, the villa is so peaceful with beautiful gardens, and comfy beds. I got Bali belly the first night I arrived and was very unwell and Prama was kind enough to bring me some medicine and coconut water over to the villa which made me feel so much better. While I was still recovering from being sick my daughter played with their son over at the family home which she loved and kept wanting to go back there. He even let me borrow his scooter for a few hours. Such kind people I would definitely stay again.

We loved the privacy of the house and the neighbourhood was really nice. It’s better than on the pictures. You have your own little garden with pool and the terrace is the perfect place to relax while the kids enjoy the fresh pool! To Ubud it’s a little walk, but you go mainly through a footpath which is very nice and also perfectly fine in the night. The neighbourhood itself has some good restaurants and supermarkets are around. Prama and his family were really nice hosts and helped us whenever we had questions. The free water and tea/koffie in the house were also very convenient. We would go there again!

Place needs a little maintenance however if you ignore this the place is pretty cool.

Great location far enough away from the craziness of Ubud. Great food and coffee only a few steps away. Pool was lovely and deep...Relaxing atmosphere, Prama gave us a great tour on our last day, which was exceptional.

Parma and his family were lovely, very hospitable people. The villa is a beautiful place to relax and unwind and the breakfast was delicious. Also felt like an authentic Balinese experience, very nice 😊
