Nothing to dislike, I don’t like that we weren’t able to stay longer to enjoy it.

Amazing hotel with exceptional decor, you feel Bali elegance at full. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and elegant. The view is outstanding, an amazing corner in the middle of the Ubud rainforest, like a little bit of heaven.

We would only suggest having more lighting / brighter bulbs in the room itself as it offers a lot of soft lighting which is nice but also a bit too dark!

We stayed at Pramana for 10 days for our honeymoon and are so glad we booked it! The staff were exceptional from start to finish. When we arrived we were provided with a welcome drink while they gave us an introduction into what facilities and extra services were on offer such as trip bookings, spa, daily shuttle bus etc. Whenever it rained, the staff would very kindly meet us at our taxi with umbrellas to ensure we were looked after. Whether it would be asking for tips/information on places to visit, ordering drinks at the pool bar, having breakfast/dinner or talking to the cleaning team, everyone we spoke to offered fantastic customer service and always greeted us with a smile! We felt extremely well looked after and the kindness the staff showed us completely elevated our stay. The room is beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean. We loved having the complimentary Bali coffee in our room, and were treated to a special floral decoration on the bed for our arrival in celebration of our honeymoon, alongside a cake! The extra touches the staff provide makes you feel very special. In addition to the room and your personal outdoor seating area, the restaurant and pool area has an exceptional view of the rainforest that you feel like you have walked out of an instagram post! The free yoga class each morning at 7am was something we were particularly looking forward to before our stay, and it did not disappoint! The class took place in open space underneath a bohemian wooden roof and just looking at it felt very zen... we did 3 classes in total and would have done more but also enjoy a lie in... however it completely makes sense for a 7am start as the heat would have been too much, so it was a great way to start our day! We were lucky enough to stay during a themed balinese dance event at the hotel restaurant. It was incredible being able to experience watching the local balinese dancers while eating a beautiful three course dinner.

The hotel is set out in beautiful lush green environment. Backdrop to the restaurant to die for. Bed comfortable, peaceful quiet sleep. Breakfast was much more than you needed but all that you wanted. Staff were exceptional. Great place to share our 40th wedding Anniversary.

We loved everything about this very beautiful,very authentic,very cosy hotel ..The atmosphere is magical ,very Balinese...Staff very welcoming ,very kind .🙏Breakfast delicious with a wide choice..A highlight for us ,very memorable,was a walk into beautiful village.Our Guide (so sorry for forgetting name) told us All about local life ,was very interesting,we had absolutely lovely morning❤️ There is a minivan to central Ubud,which very useful.

The property has absolutely everything that a solo traveller, or a couple would need, including the small details like travel adapters. The bed is VERY comfortable, the outdoor bath tubs are also very private and are a brilliant touch. The price of a driver through the hotel is only slightly more expensive than Grab, however, the level of service and personalisation as well as safety and security that you receive from the drivers the hotel will provide, is genuinely unrivalled. The staff at Pramana, are accommodating, friendly and professional, any reasonable request they will action. The hotel staff took extremely good care of us, and we were happy to reciprocate as they were so amazing.

The bathroom is outdoors but feels private. However some bugs and geckos around especially at night. This was not a big deal and to be expected staying in a tropical environment!

Beautiful, luxurious stay. Our villa was spacious, private, and comfortable. The pool was clean and fun to swim in. The outdoor shower and tub were such a delight, especially when raining outside. The bed was comfortable, AC worked great, and the mosquito net around the bed worked like a charm. The outdoor seating was comfortable. Staff were amazing and so helpful and kind. Highly recommend getting breakfast in your villa, one of the most luxurious feeling experiences we've had while travelling. The restaurant, shared large infinity pool overlooking a beautiful jungle valley, and poolside bar were all excellent. We ate at the restaurant every night and never felt bored. Live music two days a week was fun as well. The spa was fantastic and we did a half day package that was very nice. Free shuttle into town was convenient, but we only went once as the resort was so lovely. We had an early flight out and had to leave around 4 AM and the front desk arranged a ride for us and the kitchen made us breakfast boxes to take with us the night before! Honestly it is worth coming to Bali just to stay here. One family was there when we were, but almost all couples and is probably best as a couples romantic getaway, although families might enjoy as well!

The food could definitely be improved. Most were served warm ish not hot which for me is a no no especially when it comes to meat/chicken. Other then the food everything was amazing

Lovely views and lovely staff. Amazing location for a relaxing honeymoon and close enough to zoo and other activities if wanting to explore. Spa was great too.

It’s a beautiful property and staff are amazing and do everything to keep the guests happy. The swimming pool and the views from the back is fabulous. The breakfast menu is super & excellent quality as are the staff looking after you.

Absolutely nothing!

This place is unreal! The food, the staff, the location is beyond what you can imagine! We stayed in one of the villas for our honeymoon and it was above and beyond. The local community were incredibly friendly and it’s very easy to pick up a ride into Ubud which is around 15mins away. What a magical place and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye

Beautiful accommodation owned and run by the Balinese! We loved it so much that we almost didn’t want to leave the entire time we were there :’) Wonderful place that was both modern and still traditional, with amazing hospitality. We especially enjoyed the mountain views, the lovely pool, the morning yoga session and the 1-for-1 happy hour cocktails!

Breakfast last day was cold so left most, bacon was raw, sausages cold - got sick, also hard to get transport from Ubud to the resort.

Pramana watu Kurung is an excellent place to enjoy your stay in the city of ubud. The staff are help ful and knowledgeable your drivers were perfect and can take you anywhere you need to go.

Stunning location with jungle view perfect for couples. We really enjoyed our wooden villa with private pool. The Resort can provide wonderful flower decorations on pool and bath tube on request. The only one restaurant serves 3 types of breakfast (continental, American and Indonesian) and Indonesian Dinner. A special mention to the staff who is very kind.

The villa was very nice and comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was nice and great variety of dishes. The cart was always available to get us to the main building. The staff is always smiling and polite.
