Accommodation is a beautiful traditional Balinese home compound. Architecture and plant life in the compound were highlights. Ayu and Gusti were so friendly and happy to help with any needs we had. Room includes coffee and tea with hot water available all day, and a water refill station with cold and hot water. Shower is cold and hot, toilet is flush toilet with bidet and toilet paper available. Bed is comfortable, and room has a ceiling fan. The accommodation is also in a great location. It is on a sidestreet that is a few minutes walk from downtown Ubud, so it is convenient to get around by walking, but it is far back enough on the street that it is very quiet in the actual guesthouse, and there are nice warungs, small shops, and convenience store on the quiet street itself. Laundry service is very close by as well. The other highlight were Ayu and Gusti's two kittens! So playful and sweet!

Nothing, I loved everything!

The room was very clean and the host family is very friendly. Hot shower with very good water pressure and free water. It’s close to the center of Ubud, so you can walk easily to a lot of places in Ubud Center if you don’t want to rent a scooter

Something to keep in mind is that if you are staying in a cheaper room (downstairs), unless you close the curtains you'll be on display.

Staying within Balinese family compound was very special; the hose was very friendly and accommodating. I needed an electric adapter and he gave it to me. There was also drinking water and daily hot water thermos and the fridge outside which was much appreciated. Pretty good wifi for remote work.

There was absolutely nothing I disliked.

Pratma House is the cleanest, most peaceful accommodation that I've ever stayed in. Set within the family temple complex, it's a haven of tranquility. Both the bedroom and the bathroom are spacious, with everything one could want for a home away from home. There is a verandah with two chairs, and a table holding tea and coffee making items. The bedroom is fronted by large windows and sliding doors, giving plenty of light. The bed is super comfortable, and there is ample furniture, along with several power points. The bathroom has a slightly sunken shower area, keeping the rest of the floor dry. The shower spouts hot, warm, or cold water, depending on the tap angle you choose. Shampoo, soap, toilet paper and large towels are provided. The owners, Gusto and Ayu are extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I immediately felt at home, and as part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble; Ayu even lent me her umbrella. The location is along an alleyway, branching off from the lane, so there is no traffic passing by. There is a laundry at the top of the alleyway, and several eateries along the lane. At the bottom is the main road, with many major attractions, including the palace. It's perfect!

Clean spacious rooms with unlimited free drinkable water outside, beautiful authentic Balinese building with 2 cute kittens running around. Gusti has been extraordinarily helpful and generous with cleaning and explaining local customs and answering all of our other questions. Thank you for our stay here, will definitely come back!!

Wifi is bit slow sometimes, which can be inconvenient for phonecalls but overall doable.

Gusti and Ayu are extremely friendly hosts and made me feel very welcome. I am on a 3,5-month trip and after 11 days (I extended a few days) and I feel replenished. The calm location is perfect, outside the busy center but on walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the shower is very good (warm + high water pressure). Also, you have a nice view over their lovely garden(? :-)) and more privacy from the rooms on the first floor

Nice clean comfortable rooms with attached bathroom. Daily cleaning service, with hot water flask and tea/coffee in the verandah. Own by friendly couple, we didn't had any issue during our 6 days Ubud trip. Lots of facilities closed by. Main road is 10min walk away. Good value for what we paid.

The room was very clean and was cleaned and bed made every day. Perfect hot shower. The bed was comfy and the owners were really nice and friendly. Ended up extending my stay because I really liked it there. The location is good, 5 minute walk from the main busy road but tucked enough so you can’t hear the traffic. You can easily get grab from there too. Special shoutout to the two kittens that were super cute and made my stay even better :)

No AC in the ground floor units, but there is a fan. Bathroom has no mosquito net.

Lovely staff, beautiful homestay, spacious room. Also very clean, towels etc provided. Quiet property, water and nescafe for free.

The house is run by Gusti family, they are all lovely people and willing to assist you. We had absolutely wonderful stay, they have everything we ask for. And we already miss waking up early in the morning to enjoy fresh air and ambient view from the second floor. Comfy bed, quiet and peaceful area, sound proof is okay for us, nice garden and just feel like home vibe. The alley leads to main road can be a challenge, esp you're abit boozy or so full after a meal, but overall we enjoy the walk. What can be improved is the Internet speed and lightning of the room, we choose not to work so it is not really a problem but it will be if you're going to WFH. It would be even nicer if the room is more lit, but they did not really bother us.

The stay was perfect. The room is very clean. The couple were nice and very welcoming. For the equipment, they are in a very good coditon. There is hot water , air-condition and also wifi. The placement is super. It is in the centre and near many attractions centres. I highly recommend it.

Homestay is very near to market. Hosts are very polite also helped us renting a bike. Room was very neat and clean and have a private balcony. Eatery shops are near by. Recommend this place and sure will come back.

No full length mirror!

Clear signage to the location, cute place with a powerful ceiling fan, dressing table with chair, wet room shower, large bed and table and chairs outside. Soap, towels and toilet roll supplied. Hot water and coffee supplied every morning to be enjoyed with the seating outside the room. Amazing family who seem to genuinely care about you enjoying your stay and enjoying Ubud!
