Such a lovely place - welcoming, clean and comfortable! The staff were all so kind and helpful. The food was amazing and I even had a massage in the spa which was excellent. Can’t fault anything.

Staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming and helpful. They arranged a taxi pick up from the airport for us which made it hassle free. Room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. My wife had a massage which she says was excellent

The terrace was shared with one other room which wasn’t made clear at time of booking by the hotel or booking.com. It could be easily fixed by putting up a screen and potted garden to divide the terrace. It is big enough, luckily the other guests weren’t smokers and only there for half our booking. The pool was often a bit warm.

The tranquil gardens were serene, breakfast was wonderful, fresh varied and tasty, they served the most amazing hime crafted muesli. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and attentive and welcomed you as their guest.The rooms were serviced very promptly and always done by the time we finished breakfast. The coffee machine in your room was a nice touch and the poolside bay was well priced. Our room had a king sized bed, spacious bathroom, a private view to a lush garden and a massive terrace with a huge day bed. Unfortunately the terrace was shared with one other room. You can book rooms with a smaller private terrace. The shaded daybeds around the pool were a big plus.it was nice staying in the back streets for a change of scenery.

The bathroom was very small and cramped. However, they offered to change my room. The new room was much better with a good size bathroom.

The staff are excellent. The service is exceptional. Komang, in the Spa, does wonderful massage and facials.

The weather! Rained a lot. As a result the sink did not drain. However they called a plumber to fix it.

A little TLC is needed in the rooms and the towels could be renewed, they're rather tired & not so soft.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, always a smile & a chat. They made you feel like family. The breakfast area and pool are well maintained and a pleasure to spend time in, I enjoyed a swim each night before bed, just perfect.

Location was great 5 minute walk to the street near the beach, staff very friendly, we had an issue with the shower hot water which was fixed very promptly. Hotel is small and nice and quiet!

This was an amazing experience! The place was beautiful, very clean, and had the best breakfast of our entire trip to Bali—buffet style and delicious. Great location, close to restaurants and the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even offered a complimentary 10-minute massage, which was amazing! Plus, they have more massage options available.

First and foremost the staff, all genuine, friendly and all round wonderful. Sanur house is very welcoming. The gardens are absolutely stunning and it’s a little oasis amongst the tourist strip. We ate at Lilla Warung everyday which is just around the corner - order the Lalapan and Jamu. Breakfast at Sanur house was lovely, eggs made to order, yummy banana bread, fresh fruit and the best yoghurt we had in Bali. My family couldn’t get enough of it! Thank you ❤️ The beach is a short walk away or take a bicycle. I highly recommend. Also get yourself a massage - the therapist is super. Worth every cent. ❤️

Only issue was the water kept not working, so we didn't shower while we were there and needed to request a bucket to help flush the toilet which then leaked all over the floor - lucky only two nights. They worked hard to fix it and I'm sure it is OK now.

Beautiful property. Gorgeous well kept gardens. Lovely pool. Great buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. A really great value stay.

Lovely and quiet setting, beautiful pool, excellent and plentiful breakfast. Wonderful staff, very helpful, arranged airport transfers, let us use push bikes for free and facilities like baggage storage, showers after check out etc. Great location minutes to the beachfront, shops, places to eat and the food night market.
