I didn't have a bidet in my room

Our room was a private double room, but the walls in the house didn't go up to the ceiling and you could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. So it was more or less like being in a dorm with no „noise privacy“. But have to add not all the rooms are like that. If you need help with the transport you can talk to the owners but you should communicate really clear because for us something didn’t work out because of miscommunication and it was really annoying.

Everyone was really welcoming when we arrived. There is a nice jetty from where you can jump into the water and go snorkeling. Also they offer diving and my Diveinstrucor Jay was really patient. The food was really good and it was nice to meet all the other guests for the meals. It’s a cozy place with not a lot around (but that’s the Togeans in general).

For a couple of days they ran out of beer and food. Lunch and dinner was very simple these days

It is acutally paradise! Very good for snorkeling just in front. I could borrow snorkeling gear and kajak without charge. Met many nice people, customers and employees.

You do not need the internet 24/7, do net get me wrong. Especially not at a place like this! But if it is advertised that you will have reception than it would be good to really have it and not go to the place next door where they can provide you with it with no problem at all. If you have a little bit of planning to do, want to pay via wise and such or simply want to look up stuff, having a reliable connection would really help.

We liked the house reef in front, the jetty, the simple lifestyle, and the schnorchle spots that are easily accessible all around Una Una. We liked the nature in the backdrop. The food was good and varied a lot. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruits to every meal we had. Although it is a dive resort, we as snorkelers felt very welcomed!

The location is amazing, the diving is excellent, the dive shop offers everything and the team are very knowledgeable! The rooms are basic but all have a little terrace with seating and hammocks. The staff all over are very lovely and helpful. I had a wonderful stay and I will be back!

Very simple, good food and a lot of company for games night. Umar (the owner) is very helpful and can arrange transports and trips for you, even if you are not a diver. All people there were really kind.

We booked to stay 4 nights in Pristine Paradise, but endet up staying 12 nights. It is an amazing place to escape from the buzzy Indonesian citys and trafficjams. Snorking directly at the housereef and many nice dive spots to visit. Umar helps you organise everything you need. Volcano trekking, sunset bonfire, jellyfish lake and other daytrips. If you love to plan day by day, eat together and learn a different culture with good food: come to Pristine Paradise.

A few things to sum up, which for us made our stay a bit unpleasant: - after an “upgrade” to a VIP room, we switched to a standard room with sea view because there was no privacy at the other cabin (it was right next to the general area where staff was hanging out the whole day). There was only a tiny (very hot) blanket and after asking we got a second one but it was way too hot. We slept under our towels for 6 nights - the dive instructors were not super nice, there was a strange vibe and it felt uncomfortable being around them. - on the 2nd last night, some of the staff were doing karaoke. That’s fine. But NOT until 2:00 am! I really cannot understand how you can think that’s ok. - there were apparently rats in the room 🤢 and they made holes in 2 shirts… - eventually 6 nights turned out to be too long

The meals were really really nice, everyday it was slightly different. And Nanda was amazing and sooo lovely! So were mostly the rest of the staff. There were loads of chill spots which was nice and good snorkeling and diving!

$100, one way 2hr boat ride on the floor. I booked the best bungalow 2 nights for 2million with private entry and got a middle room with a hole in the floor for the rats. The toilet didnt flush, yummy. No electricity from midnight until 6pm the following day. Limited WiFi for 2 hours. No toilet paper or soaps. No top sheet on the bed. No snacks, cold drinks. No beach entry for just wading. If you want sub roughing it, go for it. Wasn't for us

Epan the host was infectious, just the happiest of souls. Always smiling and happy. It has the community vibe, hang together but just have an open roof shed with a table is nor worth the effort or money.

    Back to basics

The bungalow itself was very basic. No fan (hot nights), no mirror, no sheets, no soap. Mosquito net didn't close all the way. Furniture on the deck did not invite to sit on (in need of replacement). No water pressure in the shower. It would be nice to have some more options in the bar to buy (20 min walk to a small store). Guess I need more luxury. Don't keep food in the room.

Friendly helpful staff. Cozy common area and relaxation spots. Hammocks. The staff makes amazing cookies for sale!!
