The bathrooms and showers were dirty.

The hostel is really beautiful. The bunks are really big and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a convenient place to stay as the airport is a 10min drive.

I initially thought it was closer to the airport, but a little further for an easy walk with bags

Amazing facilities. Big beds & a large bathroom with multiple showers/toilets joined onto the dorm room. Staff went above and beyond, even organizing a grab to bring me a forgotten item to the airport. THANK YOU!

the communal kitchen was not very clean. the sink and plug hole was filthy and needed a good scrub and there was no water flowing so I didn’t use kitchen

We had one of the deluxe pool rooms. It was a good size, good ac and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was moder, had excellent water pressure and good hot water. The staff and owner were very nice.

No First aid - I had fever during my first night but my request for a pil/panadol to no avail. Secondly, it is difficult to hang the towel at your own bed and my bed wasn’t clean tho I stay for two nights. Just my two humble cents for your improvements.

Location is down a bit of a quiet back street, just something to be aware of if a travelling solo

Lovely staff and super comfy beds, very private and bathrooms were big and clean. Good food served in the communal area at a cheap price and small pool also. Not the most social hostel but depends what you’re looking for!

The location is a short walk to the main road, and beach access takes some effort to discover but fairly easy once it’s figured out.

The owner has made a deliberate effort to maintain the property and made several improvements including a restaurant serving a delicious short but good presentation and value menu. The facility was clean, comfortable, and friendly staff.

Nothing to say everything was great

This hostel has been one of the best I stayed within my two months in Indonesia. They do everything for their guests even organising events for people to meet and talk about their journey. In the dorms, everything is done perfectly 3 bathrooms and showers for 8 guests, each people has its own private bed with curtains. So I would recommend to stay there 200%.

I am a very critical person when it comes to chose a stay, but I couldn’t find any Negative points in Pudak Sari. this place is just amazing.

Pudak Sari has been an incredible stay. I’ve never seen such beautiful hostel, the architecture of it gives you the feeling of living in a villa with bunch of friends. the staff is wonderful, they are the ones who would invite you to join their family dinner, wil help you with any issues and provide any information. And the nicest thing is - you really feel that they mean it. The rooms are amazing, you’ve got a HUGE bed with enough privacy, 3 showers & 3 bathrooms per room. Very clean and spacious. I’ll rate this hostel a 20 if I could, definitely the choise if you are in Kuta. I would come back to this place again and again.

It would be nice if there was a water dispenser to fill water bottles instead of having to buy plastic ones - I myself wouldn’t mind paying for such a service to reduce plastic waste. I have seen other hostels do this.

The hostel has a nice atmosphere, it’s family run - they are really welcoming, friendly and helpful. I had a comfortable sleep and a relaxed stay.
