If I am being picky, the cocktails could be stronger, they were a bit watered down

Ask for a renovated room we moved for our last night and were put in a suite not yet renovated it was not to standard once raised with management they solved immediately

It was in a good central location the infinity pool was fantastic the breakfast was extensive the staff were fantastic

Because new years eve dinner fully booked, no food available within the hotel...except in room dining. Seems that guests were given welcome drinks, but nothing offered to us.

Breakfast is overpriced. Some aspects of the room and buildings are a little tired.

Spacious rooms. Well maintained outdoor areas and very friendly staff. The infinity pool and lounges were great.

Didn’t get to spend much time here and for an overnight airport landing spot, was probably a bit far away. They didn’t respond to our request for transport so we arrive late in the evening and not having transportation as organised, we needed to take a taxi.

Nice place to land for our first night. Was consistent with a good hotel chain. Great breakfast buffet.

Nothing, I did feel a little lost the first few day, it took a while to get my bearings and I couldn't make the rain shower work, asked reception but I don't think I made myself clear. I was uncertain about my internet connection and then realised that it was automatically connected. Little details like that would have helped if I had been told this earlier but I loved staying there

The ground floor pool was sub standard. Needs a big clean, especially tiles and is quite small for the size of the hotel. Understand having the infinity pool adult only, but I think allowing families in during set hours would be a better option in light of previous comments

Plenty of polite staff, good range of food and drink on offer and overall ambiance of the hotel was good.

Our phone didn’t work for the entire stay, reported it, lots of work was done, but it was never fixed. Because of this, we had to go to reception every thing we had a question or an issue. Misinformation provided at the beginning of our stay where we put a hold of $200 AUD to be able to charge to our room, we were told that when we exceeded that sum we would be notified to top up. We were never notified, however when we put some laundry in to be washed (confirming they would charge it to the room) the hotel held the clean laundry at ransom, providing us a letter advising they wouldn’t release it to me until we paid at reception.  Not a nice experience for what is not a cheap hotel (to add insult to injury because our room phone wasn’t working, I had to make multiple trips to the front desk to sort out) I also paid for a late checkout on our final day, only to find we were locked out of our room after 10am…another trip to the front desk to sort out. Never once did anyone offer an apology for the inconvenience. I’d stay here again, but would be more forward with my expectation.

Central location, with easy walking distance to shops etc. Staff were friendly and always lovely. Grounds were beautiful and lush.

Ocean view room was noisy with dogs barking outside our room one night until I complained and security moved them away. Free breakfast was good but the dinner was a bit pricey and the beers are to expensive.

Location was great. Stayed 8 nights in a garden view room was good, then stayed 3 nights in a deluxe ocean view room. Staff were nice.

The rooms facing the large family pool are all very dark, the bathroom and air-con had a very strong smell and the bed was very hard - all issues that I understand the renovations will take caree of in 2024.

Loved the breakfast - so many options and fresh fruit every day. Loved that it went on until mid-morning. Loved the seating outside and the gracious staff who were attentive to all our needs. Stunning. Also fantastic open space for families and children to play if they weren't swimming. The staff who attended the rooms were very quick to respond and, again, so gracious.

Our booking went missing in the system and took us over an hour to check-in. If you choose twin beds, they are tiny

Property is fairly good with lavish breakfast options and very friendly staff.
