The hotel was nice but the price for food washing ect was over priced ! The wait time to check in was ridiculous for a family of 11 waiting 8 hours and the rooms smelt like sewrage

I was told I could not get 'coffee and toast' for breakfast - only the buffet. Was told I could get coffee in the bar - at 8.00 in the morning? I don't want to be sitting in a bar. I left the hotel and had small breakfast down the street each morning. The airconditioning in the room was leaking - I reported it but it took 2 days for someone to come and fix it. I had no hot water for the first two days as well. Bathroom was very smelly once the water started running down the drain. Room service was good even though I stated there was no need to change the linen each day. Thought I was saving water etc....but no notice was taken. Rooms were a little old and worn.

Pool access was good - there were always chairs to sit or lie on available. Bar at the pools were good, Serving food and drinks. Service was OK. Plenty of areas to sit for drinks, nibbles or a meal. The grounds around the hotel were well tended and the security was excellent.

The variety of breakfast food is OK. There is a wide variety of hot dishes, but the continental options are not as diverse. Check-in / check-out service a little slow.

Nice area close to the beach and several shopping streets and restaurants, but quiet at the same time. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well as efficient. Large, comfortable bedrooms with pleasant light and temperature. Nice and quiet common areas. Large breakfast room with attentive and effective service in attending and replenishing the food. There is a special room for those traveling afterwards with access to toilet, showers, plugs, and sofas. It allows you to still enjoy the day and later prepare for an evening flight.

The TV channel list was not as stated. I called the front desk to rectify. They immediately sent a technical team to fix it. It was only available the next day but the best thing was they had a projector on in the garden lobby, so we had a great time watching movies there.

Complimentary birthday cake for my collegue on our stay. Infact, when i request to send the cake to my room just before midnite as a surprise to her, it was made possible by a friendly staff who assisted me, Ms Astiti.

The hotel has a great location just in front of the beach and the food they serve is tasty. Moreover, they have a very helpful staff, especially Andinni, the manager.

Well Booked 2 adults 1 child when I checked in had to pay extra $50au a night for a bed for the child ? The bathroom tiles were cracked and stained, not what you would expect in a "5"" star hotel. As for the food, stay clear of the $40 ,AU a head buffet. Noodles dried out beef and mushroom pie. Dried out roast chicken etc etc .. The best part of the buffet was the fruit. Shocking service from the staff in the restaurant. 5 standing at the till no one looking after drinks etc. Checki in is supposed to be 2pm finally got keys at 3:30 pm. Was offered a free drink for the inconvenience. Never again ..

The street outside the beach front rooms was louder than expected. Not anything the hotel could do but certainly worth mentioning if you need quite to sleep. Noise can't be heard in the hotel or at the pools.

Gorgeous hotel, best buffet breakfast of any hotel I've started at. Warm friendly staff who went above and beyond. Saxophone player at the Infinity pool was a spectacular touch

Across the road from the beach & walking distance to many delicious restaurants. Staff always lovely here, rooms are nice and spacious. The infinity pool for adults is a peaceful touch ! Sunrises around back of hotel are amazing - watch from level 5 ! & sunsets never fail to disappoint from infinity pool

This is our 3rd time stay at the Pullman and we would not stay anywhere else. Everything is so perfect for us we love it and tell all our friends how amazing it is too. We LOVE LOVE LOVE AYIK! She is the absolute best ever!!! Nothing is ever a problem for her and she is always so welcoming and happy. We love seeing her beautiful face every time we arrive!!
