Parking area should be more accessible, as the buggy service from the parking area to the lobby cannot accommodate strollers and wheelchairs.
The room (even the balcony) was clean, no dust was spotted. The pillows could've been plusher. Hotel facilities were great and were family oriented. The Padi and Infinity Pools were absolutely divine, well-maintained and has a Ubud feel to them.

I really appreciate the fusion between modern design and natural landscape in the hotel. Their pillows are super comfortable. Their breakfast selection is varying. Their spa service is excellent. I really appreciate their jacuzzi and steam facility.

The hotel is very huge with enough activities which are suitable for adults/kids. The breakfast was many choices with enough taste. We had a dinner at "Mad Cow" which offered good steak with reasonable price.

United States20 Reviews6 helpful votes“Highly recommended hotel”at breakfast time we are 5 people we all havinv buffet although it’s a bit expensive we don’t mind but the food wasn’t that great bakso we don’t taste the beef stock omelette eggs are bland prefer cook on the spot like some of other hotels usually tiramisu ice cream more like fake rum taste bubur ketan item too sweet lontong sayur too salty but we love the gorengan bajwan are excellent and so piscok fantastic Dinsum just ok they got hard skin on top although the filling are good .
we selected this hotel by the reviews and we did not disappointed at all ,location wise very strategic Great view from our massive room balcony bed so comfortable room super clean the property is huge nice for jogging around early morning staff are helpful and attentive we definitely coming back

Indonesia22 Reviews5 helpful votes“The best accomodation in Puncak Area”Bathroom cleanliness was okay, but when we first arrived, the pop up cover for bathtub plumbing doesnt work after we use it, so we cant drain the water out of the tub and we need to call the botel technician to fix it. Luckily they fix it so quickly (simply by exchanging the cover). Overall, a very pleasant stay tho, but please check minor things like that next time.
Staff were super helpfull, lots of activities for kids and family for the weekend, breakfast was okay, food taste was 7,5/10. Buffet dinner was also okay, they have some traditional dance show and live music in the restaurant while you have some dinner in the weekend. Totally recommend hotel to stay for families.
